00:11Sa pagtaya ng Mines and Geosciences Bureau o MGB, nasa 7,000 barangay

00:16ang maaaring makaranas ng flash floods at landslide dahil sa pagulan-bunsod ng Bagyong Tino.

00:22Inabisuhan na ang mga nasa lugar na ito na magdoble o hanggang tripling handa.

00:28Patuloy naman ang replenishment ng food and non-food items na nakapreposition sa mga lugar na tatamaan ng bagyo.

00:34Gayun din ang mga kagamitan sakaling kailanganin ng response cluster.
