00:00From the very, very start, D'Amico Ryans and company have talked about
00:05you need to be tough, you need to have discipline, the do-your-job.
00:12Yesterday he talked about willpower.
00:14He was specifically talking about the red zone,
00:16but you've got to have willpower and, quote, displacing guys.
00:21And what I'm intrigued and confused about with all that is I don't think
00:26they didn't have that.
00:27I should say I think they had that.
00:30I think this line, by and large, we're in the right spots.
00:34By and large, they are tough guys.
00:37They are, quote, unquote, doing their job, by and large.
00:41Obviously, we're going to talk about some things where they didn't,
00:43but I think it's just as simple as this.
00:46They're just not good.
00:48And that's the resignation and that's the intrigue.
00:51He went on the podium yesterday, he being D'Amico Ryans,
00:54and said the same thing.
00:55It's just about being tough guys, about willpower, about displacing guys,
00:59about, you know, do your job.
01:02I don't think they were awful when it came to doing the things that they ask.
01:08They're just not good enough.
