00:00Hello, Mike Plant. Hi everyone, I'm Mike Plant, Head of Planning, Performance and Transformation at North Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
00:09I've got an important message to share about the future of our service and how you can have your say to help us protect our communities.
00:18One of the key objectives for Fire and Rescue Services in Wales is to continually and sustainably reduce risk and enhance the safety of citizens and communities.
00:29A Community Risk Management Plan or CRMP aims to identify risks facing the community and describes how the Fire and Rescue Authority will manage those risks and continue to prevent and respond to fires and other emergencies.
00:44In July 2024, we published our five year CRMP following public consultation, as well as our 2024-25 implementation plan, which contained improvement and wellbeing objectives to enable us to deliver against our long term objectives.
01:00We now want our communities to take part in a consultation on the Community Risk Management Implementation Plan for 2026-27.
01:09Your voice counts, so please take a moment to participate.
01:13You can find our questionnaire on our website or follow us on social media. It's quick, easy and only takes a couple of minutes.
01:20Your involvement can really make a difference.
