#GlobalNews British police said a knife attack on a train on Saturday that injured 10 people was not being treated as a terrorist incident and that two British men had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Eyewitnesses described scenes of panic and confusion on the train near Cambridge in eastern England. "I look at my hand and it's covered in blood. And then I look at the chair and there's blood all over the chair. And then I look ahead and it's blood all over the chairs," said Olly Foster, a passenger on the train who witnessed the incident.
Another eyewitness, Wren Chambes, said she initially thought it was a Halloween prank, but quickly realized the severity of the incident when she heard other passengers shouting about the attacker.
British Transport Police said counterterrorism police were supporting its investigation whilst it works to establish the full circumstances and motivation for the incident.
