00:0075% of Australians are considered inactive.
00:03Just think about that.
00:05We've got almost 28 million Australians,
00:0875% of them are not active enough in their life.
00:12And the detriment to them, but also their community
00:15and also the health system is huge.
00:17They're not going to feel good.
00:18We're not going to feel great as a country.
00:20And we've got this history of great weather in Australia,
00:23active lifestyles, and we're not living up to that reputation.
00:27Get that anger out.
00:30We love Fit for Office because it actually gets every politician
00:34to put down the swords and actually come together
00:37for something they can all agree on.
00:39And every politician that we see here agrees with the fact
00:43that more active living, more movement is good for health
00:46and they can all agree on that.
00:48I'm shocked to see that there is a low participation rate,
00:52particularly amongst young people and people in their early 20s.
00:56We see ourselves as Australians that we're fit
00:59and we're watching the footy and we're out there doing stuff.
01:01We just need more and more people to be doing that.
01:03So I think we are role models.
01:06We can role model to our communities that we're doing this.
01:10And we're gonna be doing this.
01:17Yeah.
01:22Yeah.
