23:19some honey yes definitely wow they're loud don't they look at that latte with this like don't be
23:25worried these are our old friends making honey it was a bit scary I think we were a little bit
23:33worried about how we would be around the beehives it's lovely oh thanks you got keep breathing it's
23:38had a slight moment of being a bit overwhelmed to stand here with them all flying around yeah it's
23:45quite intense I think Lottie especially you know she was nervous but I'm really proud of her she
23:52faced her fears with that buddy okay she's in the safe safe zone over there then they're going back
24:01to bed now Lottie yeah that's like the million pound villa yeah the farm focuses on regenerative
24:08practices ensuring only surplus honey is extracted from the hive and the Browns have the opportunity to
24:15sample the fruits of their labor another beautiful spot I like things to try okay so after so much

24:30that the grittiness of this is thick it looks fantastic it's creamy and this is very very nice

27:34villa yeah it's a massive tick yeah but I think I'd want to pick it up and move it somewhere where
27:40there's more greenery and palm trees and I can see the golf course it's got to be views now it's got the
27:47views so you're a bit longer exploring this one than the last one yeah I like this villa yeah I think
27:55the the villas are great but I'm not so sure about you know being all fenced in and not having a view
28:03okay yeah all the solariums everybody's looking down on you yeah I'm really I'm not I'm not blown away so
28:10the more we're looking the more we find out that the house is important but the location could be more
28:14important yeah of you I think you know perhaps we don't want the the white modern with all the
28:21glass because we're not going to get the view and the plot size have you thought about apartments
28:27because I'm yeah we could get the modern view you get higher up you get the view yeah I'm open to
28:34everything we you know we're not we're not setting stone what we want no yeah and we I don't know we
28:40don't think we do know what we want we've got a we've got to walk in see it feel it yeah but I just I

29:11delivers on both size and setting in Almeria Sean Garner is taking a break from selling houses and
29:24ditching his desk for dumbbells so our family as a whole recently started a fitness journey for
29:31whatever personal reason everyone had mine was to really help with my mental health I started lifting
29:39some weights I've never done it before I've never been trained to do it or shown how to do it so I
29:45thought what I do today is invite my dad who's got actually a huge past and history in weightlifting and
29:52training and he needs to show me the ropes morning morning you're right yeah look what I've bought us
30:00oh nice I started going to the gym when I was 15 I took lots and lots of training and lessons and
30:09studied and I was actually one of the youngest people in the UK to become sort of a modern personal
30:16trainer and I did that at the age of 18 I've got my little diploma and I want to make sure that Sean
30:23gets it spot on cheers let's get on with it yeah let's crack on lead on so the first thing we do okay
30:32everything you do in the gym from this point on you make a note of pen paper it's we're going old school
30:40when I'm not I'm not going to carry a pad around we're going old school this is the way it always
30:45was that's your Bible from now on okay so what are we starting with just something light it doesn't
30:50really matter even yeah that's fine that's fine there was a lot of pressure on my shoulders literally
30:57six seven you know just screeched up no you're not supposed to scream I was a little bit nervous of
31:11am I doing it right am I going to injure myself but you know what I think I've actually really impressed
31:16him oh that's easy-peasy for you by looks of it I'm crying inside but now we've got to write it down can
31:26you believe it I can see already that there could be a good future for him not you know as a profession
31:35because he's too busy selling houses and that's the way we need to keep it but I think yeah I think
31:42we've got a future bodybuilder in the family go yeah yeah try not to bounce with your legs it's all
31:48about your shoulders come on one more even after one session in the gym I am super proud of of what
32:00he's achieved and what what he can already do for the future I must admit it must be just something in
32:06bones because your style is good there can I scream on this one you can do what you want to yeah you're
32:13leaning back a little bit too much there that's better all those little tips if you know squeeze at
32:20the right time and hold at the right time and get the weight right and the reps that's what I didn't
32:25know so I needed it and he's he's really really helped as far as that's concerned same time tomorrow as
32:31long as you let your mom know she'll be saying where's where's he gone again it's back to business
32:43for Steve and Sean as they help married couple Mike and Christy from Essex to find their dream
32:49Spanish home the couple were put off by a to-do list at property one as we went round it was like we'd
32:55have to do this we need to do this well property two was ticking all the right boxes I can really
33:02picture ourselves here you know it's got everything for their third and final offering Sean and Steve
33:08are staying in Arbolayas bringing the couple a short drive to the area of Los Janos let's see what
33:13you think of property number three come on in it does look bigger than previous properties
33:20property three is a detached villa there is a bright living dining room and fitted modern kitchen two
33:29bathrooms and three bedrooms offered fully furnished the villa is in moving condition for Mike and Christy
33:36outside there is a large heated swimming pool and terrace seating area but at just under 240,000 euros
33:44the property is almost 10,000 euros over the couple's top budget come on through and we're gonna bring you
33:54straight into the lounge okay just to see yeah okay bit longer maybe yeah different isn't it yeah to the
34:04last yeah doesn't feel as light as the last central fireplace is nice you see that word nice yeah he's not
34:13good enough I mean let's be fair you know we had a lot more positive feedback from from property
34:21number two yeah I just think it doesn't feel homely enough okay well stay yeah very very interesting
34:31and I'm keen to see what you think of the kitchen here because it has been renovated so we'll see what
34:37thoughts are you want to carry on through okay okay smaller box here and this is very in I think at the
34:49moment isn't it like the greys yes yeah keeping it this sort of color scheme is it your preferred color
34:56scheme no I don't think no it's not giving them the vibes at all it just doesn't feel as homely no
35:08as soon as she starts getting that list out and she's thinking no there's too many things too many
35:14jobs to be done it's a shame because yeah beautiful villa it just doesn't appeal in the same way that
35:21property two did on paper it looks good but in the real world it's just not doing it for them
35:27I just get the feeling that the surroundings are just not quite as nice as property two worth I mean
35:34there's certainly been a running theme with this property and that has been comparing it back to
35:40property two absolutely and I think you need some time to obviously more things over so shall we head
35:47off give you that time to think and then we'll meet up later in the office yeah thank you the
35:54Garner's final property didn't do it for Mike and Christy but will they like any of the three
35:59properties enough to make an offer still to come it's decision time in Almeria about smiling which is a
36:09good start and it's back to the drawing board for the Browns we are looking at an apartment how do you
36:16feel about that now we're in the space I'm open to it it looks nice in Mercia Darren and Natalie
36:28Brown are helping childhood sweethearts Richard and Sam to find their dream home in Spain property
36:34one look good but only on paper I mean that loud yeah yeah and while property two initially seen
36:41positive yeah yeah I like this Sam and Richard were looking for more I'd want to pick it up and move
36:49it where there's more greenery and I can see the golf course so with golf in mind for their final
36:55offering Darren and Natalie have brought the couple to the La Manga Club Resort half an hour's drive
37:00south to view a property still in the early stages of construction okay we're lucky for as it's Saturdays
37:06there's no building but we still need to put the hard hat on upon completion property three will be an
37:13apartment with access to all the resort sports facilities restaurants and amenities plans show
37:21this ground-floor apartment will come with direct access to a spacious community garden and pool and
37:27importantly for Richard and Sam uninterrupted views over the region's marmon or coastal lagoon inside the
37:35property will feature open plan living dining spaces two bedrooms and two bathrooms complete
37:42with high-end fixtures and fittings on sale for four hundred and forty nine thousand euros property three
37:48comes in just over the couple's top budget so here's the pool we're walking through the pool now right
37:54going up to what would be a ground-floor apartment here Richard right we stood inside now what is a two
38:02bedroom apartment okay okay so in front there is a terrace that's the view and behind the two bedrooms
38:09in the kitchen mm-hmm so you've got front terrace yeah you know with outdoor dining or whatever you
38:15want out there's your own sun lounges but you'll go straight out to the pool yeah but you have got a green
38:20garden at the back and then behind us here all we have is natural pine forest yeah so nothing's going
38:25to be built behind you yeah that's nice but I think the important thing perhaps to address now is we
38:30are looking at an apartment how do you feel about that now we're in the space I'm open to it it looks
38:35nice obviously it's early days we need to have a look at the plans have a walk around the footprint
38:40yeah there's all the CGI photos in here of what it's going to look like oh that's if we give this to
38:45you you can walk around here and kind of look at the kitchen look at the bedrooms while looking at the
38:49pictures and we'll meet you in a moment yeah and we'll go down to the show office yeah okay yeah so
38:57it's a complete curveball looking at an apartment I mean Sam seems to be up for it so um we'll see
39:04we'll see what they think yeah it's amazing over the last couple of days how you can change from
39:07wanting something and then seeing it and thinking maybe I could have an apartment and it's not your
39:14traditional apartment I mean this has a garden at the front it has a garden at the back it's got an
39:19under build so they can actually have four bedrooms here within their budget I just need to work out
39:24if I want to be in amongst it and have a communal pool or do I like my privacy this place has
39:32everything so I think it could be for them I don't know some lots to think about there is a lot to think
39:39about having taken a good look around Darren and Natalie have arranged for the couple to view a
39:46model of the resort in order to better get their bearings this is a little bit easier sometimes
39:52just to see the plot yeah yeah interesting so this is a horseshoe and apartment we've suggested this
39:58here but four on the ground floor so that property property three two-bedroom with the basement is four
40:04hundred and forty nine thousand euros okay let's take a break have some lunch yeah and we'll meet up later
40:11soon we'll have a summary of the three things we've seen and see where we want to go from there
40:15yeah yeah does that work yeah okay let's go an apartment still under construction was a curveball
40:21from Darren and Natalie but having viewed all three properties have any hit the mark property one's plan
40:28showed promise that looks good I like look at that yeah but was lacking an all-important view I'd want more
40:34space yeah and I wouldn't want a wall around me and while property two up the space on offer the
40:40outlook still didn't wow I love the villa yeah so massive tick it's got to be views now it's got
40:47to be years and in viewing an apartment for property three it was amazing over the last couple of days
40:53how you can change from wanting something and then seeing it and thinking maybe I could have an
40:59apartment Darren and Natalie have given the couple a lot to think about having taken time to consider
41:05their options they're back to give their final thoughts join us yes so three properties what what
41:16really at the end of that what's what you want to do from here what we're gonna go back we're gonna
41:21look at property one yeah where it is what it's got and just get a better feel for the area okay well
41:29we're on hand to help you with whatever questions you have we'll get the specifications from the

41:39we've gone on a bit of a roller coaster with Sam and rich but what's happened is they've actually
41:48preferred property one over anything so we have done that full circle we do know we like Spain and
41:55the costas area so we just need to continue our search until we till we find our prints we've come
42:05a long way and we've learned a lot about them so we'll keep in touch and we'll keep going from here
42:09in Almeria father and son team Steve and Sean Garner have been helping Essex couple Mike and
42:23Christy to find a new home in Spain on a budget of 230,000 euros looking for a move-in ready home
42:31property one didn't fit the bill even though it's a blank canvas I'm noticing all the things that we
42:36would have to do but property two got things back on track it's got a lot on yesterday hasn't it yeah
42:43we could move in yeah now and property three just didn't compare it just doesn't appeal in the same
42:51way that property two did after taking some time hello the couple are back to give Steve and Sean their
42:59final decision are you refreshed we are we are indeed about smiling which is a good start I think
43:08property two is is probably the place that we might be moving to right Wow both agree it feels right
43:18yeah yeah yeah let's do it what property two is new to the market and they have recently reduced the
43:26asking price to 228,000 euros yeah where would you like for me to go in with an offer we'd like to go
43:34in at 225 right with the furniture with the furniture okay okay this is always the nervy part now
