The organization emphasized that its facilities in Gaza, such as schools and shelters, continue to operate to help families displaced from their homes by the Israeli siege. It also emphasized that its teams of social workers continue to provide protection, psychosocial support, and assistance to help affected residents rebuild their lives with dignity. More than 12 thousand UNRWA employees in the Palestinian enclave work daily in education, medical care, and the delivery of humanitarian aid to the displaced.
