00:00Previously...
00:03Wow.
00:04We're really here.
00:0619 celebrities arrive to play the ultimate murder mystery.
00:11This is life or death, isn't it?
00:13All in the hope of winning up to £100,000 for their chosen charity.
00:18Is that an end?
00:19Something is afoot.
00:21But they quickly learnt that in this game...
00:23Oh, God. Oh, no, they're all our names.
00:26There is no special treatment.
00:28Oh, God, it's disgusting.
00:30I have a shield. I have a shield.
00:32God, a shield.
00:33Shield!
00:34Three traitors were chosen.
00:39What am I gonna do?
00:41And an epic first mission...
00:44I blocked it in and I didn't mean to.
00:46...put players in the firing line.
00:50Claire pulling that lever is exactly what a traitor would do.
00:55Suspicions intensified...
00:56I am suspicious of Kate a little bit.
00:59With her shield, I don't think she ever, like, really had it out on show that much.
01:02No, she didn't.
01:03Licko, I think.
01:05Something about the way he looked at his body, but then...
01:07He was looking quite intensely.
01:08He was looking tense.
01:09And the traitors took on a treacherous task.
01:12Tonight, you must murder in plain sight.
01:14Wrap your hands with the poisoned pollen...
01:17And touch the face of the faithful you want to murder.
01:21Oh, God.
01:22But who will be the first to be murdered?
01:25This is the Celebrity Traitors.
01:28Tonight, they will choose who they're gonna kill.
01:37Made more difficult by today's great effort.
01:41Yeah.
01:42God, this is quite hellish.
01:43This is quite scary, this is.
01:44I've got this poison pollen on my hands, but I don't know who to murder.
01:48It's not going to be easy.
02:10Oh, hello.
02:11Does anyone want another cuppa?
02:13Oh, I might grab one in a minute, actually.
02:14I'm gonna come for a cuppa.
02:16I'm gonna come for a cuppa.
02:17Come and have a cuppa.
02:18Bye.
02:20I don't trust any of them.
02:21No, me neither.
02:26Oh, my God.
02:27I definitely trust you.
02:30Well, I trust you.
02:37Claire's the biggest threat,
02:38because she's one of the most intelligent, probably.
02:42Yeah.
02:43I'm really up against the clock.
02:46How am I gonna touch someone's face?
02:52I'm just going to hand out my desserts.
03:04I'm gonna go to the fire pit.
03:06Did he get that thing?
03:07Oh, God, he's out there.
03:08Why is he out there?
03:10Now, this is nice.
03:11Guys, look, I made a swivel.
03:13Oh, my God!
03:14The French cannon.
03:16Aw, thank you.
03:17Lovely warmth.
03:18I really...
03:19Good.
03:20And again.
03:21Yes.
03:22I'm done.
03:23Yes.
03:24Alan tipped me the wink.
03:26I might have to talk to Mabel.
03:28Keeping it on the lowdown.
03:30I'm not sure who he's killed yet, but either way,
03:32the deed is done.
03:34Look at that.
03:35I've got a button on top of a marshmallow.
03:36Who would have thought of such a delicacy?
03:40There's something in the shadows.
03:48Off I go, my darlings.
03:50And let me pray that I will see you all in the morning.
03:54Yes.
03:55I'm telling you.
03:56Yeah.
03:57Me, Mason.
03:58Me too.
03:59Junior?
04:00Yeah.
04:01Oh, God, it's too much.
04:02I hope I'll see you tomorrow.
04:03Yeah.
04:04I hope I see you too.
04:05I hope they don't kill me.
04:08Yes.
04:09The night for love.
04:10That's the love, bye-bye.
04:11Night, darling.
04:12If I die tonight, goodbye.
04:13I adore you all.
04:14I love you.
04:15I love you.
04:16I love you.
04:17I love you.
04:18I love you.
04:19I love you.
04:20I love you.
04:21I love you.
04:22I love you.
04:23I love you.
04:24I love you.
04:25I love you.
04:26I love you.
04:27I love you.
04:36With the faithful departed unaware that a murder in plain sight has taken place,
04:41it's time for the traitors to meet to reflect on their first kill.
04:46Oh, I am a bad person.
05:00Well, what a day.
05:01You're not a bad person.
05:02You're a good traitor.
05:05Who was it?
05:13I'm just going to hand out my desserts.
05:15We'll follow behind.
05:16Lovely.
05:17We'll come soon.
05:18Do you like what I made?
05:19They're beautiful.
05:20I made this earlier.
05:21It looks strange.
05:22You've got a bit of hair in your face.
05:26I like that.
05:27Yeah, yeah, there you go.
05:28It's gone.
05:29Fabulous, darling.
05:36Oh, no.
05:37Oh, my God.
05:38Lovely palomathy.
05:40I feel awful.
05:42I didn't know what else to do.
05:45I've gone and murdered one of my best friends.
05:48I thought, shall I do it?
05:50Because I really like her.
05:51But I thought, I'm never going to get the opportunity.
05:54It broke my heart.
05:56You've got to toughen up.
05:57I don't want to hear any more of this broken heart nonsense.
06:00I know.
06:01What are you?
06:02I'm a traitor.
06:03What are you?
06:04Traitor.
06:05I've seen this.
06:06I know.
06:07Yeah, we do.
06:08It's going to be hard seeing Paloma's face at breakfast tomorrow.
06:11But Alan has executed that perfectly.
06:15One faithful.
06:16Down.
06:17Well done.
06:18The deed is done.
06:30Last night, the traitors murdered Paloma in plain sight.
06:34However, unbeknownst to the faithful, everyone will turn up to breakfast, as the poisonous pollen is yet to take its deadly effect.
06:43Oh, cinnamon, where you gonna run to?
06:47Cinnamon, where you gonna run to?
06:57Oh, wow.
06:58Are we the first?
06:59We're the first ones.
07:00Oh, I have survived.
07:02This is an incredible feeling.
07:03I did not sleep well last night because I thought I might get killed.
07:06Now I can take a deep sigh of relief and just enjoy the day and study everyone.
07:11Joe and I had shields, but you guys must be feeling amazing.
07:15Oh, God, yeah.
07:16Now you could actually eat.
07:17Yeah.
07:18Because you're relief.
07:19We can, like, breathe now.
07:20It was really scary walking into breakfast because you have to play dumb, but not too dumb.
07:27So it's a real juggling act.
07:29This is all free, right?
07:30Leave a pound.
07:31Charge you later, Joe.
07:32Who do we think might be dead?
07:34So the shields were?
07:36Celia, Joe Marla, you, me, and Jonathan.
07:40We know it won't be.
07:42Oh, my God.
07:43Hello.
07:44Come in.
07:45Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.
07:46Hi.
07:47Good morning.
07:48I was nervous to see if I made it, you know, to breakfast.
08:01You know, it'd be pretty terrible going on an all-inclusive to the traitor's castle and then you don't even get a croissant out of it.
08:08The tension of waiting is just horrendous.
08:13Horrible.
08:14Horrible.
08:15I first go through the door.
08:16Oh, my God.
08:17You're still alive.
08:18You haven't been murdered.
08:19And, of course, I know none of them have been murdered.
08:21But at the minute, I'm just going to carry on what I'm doing, being super friendly, being a little bit, oh, quite divvery.
08:29I can't wait to be murdered.
08:30Just take that Ming info account.
08:33Why was I staring in the sun?
08:35I think you look strangely sexy in that.
08:38Oh, thank you.
08:39Emphasis on strange.
08:43Who's not here yet?
08:46It's kind of weird at the breakfast because everyone's waiting for the end when they're going to see that someone's dead.
08:50And, of course, no one's gone.
08:52So, as long as we don't act any differently when the deed has been revealed, I think we're in the clear.
08:58So, that's actually quite a restful morning.
09:01Wolf, have you got any suspicions?
09:04Nothing solid.
09:06No, no.
09:07Who's in your...
09:08Will I give you a name and you give me a name?
09:10Okay, three, two, one.
09:11Peace.
09:12Who?
09:13Peace.
09:14There's a lot of overacting.
09:16Pretty wide.
09:17Yeah.
09:18It was really different before and after before you chose to tell you.
09:21Even suspiciously as well.
09:23Do you think that there's a traitor in this room right now?
09:28Oh.
09:29The law of averages says it has to be.
09:31Almost don't look at the door.
09:33Yeah.
09:34Look at whoever goes the loudest.
09:36Oh, my God, it's...
09:37Yeah.
09:38Yeah.
09:39Yeah.
09:40Keep eyes in your love.
09:42Please.
09:43Do it.
09:44Hey.
09:45Oh, so you have a sneaking up situation.
09:48That's my number one.
09:50It's mainly because of something I saw when they took the eye patches off.
09:53It was an overreaction to the word faithful.
09:57It was a real...
09:59It was that.
10:01Oh.
10:02Oh, hang on.
10:03Yeah.
10:04Yes!
10:05Yes!
10:06Thank you!
10:07Yes!
10:08Do well.
10:09Do well.
10:10Do well.
10:11Do well.
10:12Do well.
10:13Do well.
10:14Oh!
10:15You made it.
10:18Paloma.
10:19Paloma.
10:20Oh, my God.
10:21I was so happy and, like, relieved.
10:24I was so happy and, like, relieved.
10:28It was really nice to see the reaction of everyone
10:31who was pleased to see you as well.
10:33And I thought, oh, thank goodness not to be the first one dead.
10:39I'm so happy to see you.
10:41I'm so happy to see you.
10:43I didn't avoid eye contact with Paloma
10:45because I thought people are going to be looking
10:49for any sort of changes in behaviours.
10:52So I just looked at her and I was just like,
10:55I'm so happy to see you.
10:57And she was like, I'm so happy to see you.
10:59Oh, God, I'm awful.
11:03Who's missing?
11:04Nick.
11:05Lucy.
11:06Steven.
11:07Ben and Celia.
11:09Oh, my God.
11:14She's not Celia because she's got a ship.
11:16It's very unlikely to be Steven, so it's between Nick and Lucy.
11:19Yeah.
11:20No!
11:21No!
11:22Oh, God, I'm taking this way too seriously.
11:29Oh, knock on that door.
11:30Come on.
11:31Oh!
11:32Oh!
11:33Oh!
11:34Oh!
11:35Oh!
11:36Oh!
11:37Oh!
11:38Oh!
11:39Oh!
11:40That's everyone.
11:41That's everybody.
11:42That's everybody.
11:43That's everybody.
11:44That's everybody.
11:45That's everybody.
11:46That's everybody.
11:47That's everybody.
11:48Is it?
11:49Yeah.
11:50What in the...
11:51That's all of us!
11:52Oh, thank goodness.
11:53Oh, look, good.
11:54Oh, look, good.
11:55Oh, look, good.
11:56Oh, look, good.
11:57Hey, maybe someone was recruited.
12:00Maybe someone's been recruited.
12:03Hello.
12:04What?
12:05Obviously, I've murdered someone in plain sight, and it's a slow working poison, so I had
12:12to pretend, what?
12:14They're all down here?
12:15Yeah.
12:16But I thought someone was murdered.
12:18What happened?
12:20It was a stretch for my acting ability.
12:23I don't know how Meryl Streep does it.
12:25No-one's been murdered.
12:27We're all alive.
12:29No, we're all alive!
12:31I feel like Kate was being a lot louder than usual.
12:34I just...
12:35I don't...
12:36I don't know.
12:37There's something...
12:38There's something a little bit off.
12:39I never thought I'd care this much.
12:41Because everyone was feeling so tired.
12:43Yeah, we were all building up to this horrible moment.
12:47Here we go.
12:48Here we go.
12:49Order!
12:50Oh, God.
12:56Good morning, players.
12:57Good morning.
12:58Good morning, Claudia.
12:59Everyone is here, present and correct.
13:04It appears that nobody has died.
13:08But appearances can be deceptive.
13:12The traitors did strike for the first time.
13:26And yesterday, they murdered one of you in plain sight.
13:31Oh, no!
13:32No!
13:33What?
13:34In plain sight.
13:35What?
13:36What?
13:37What did I do?
13:38I knew that.
13:39Oh, wow.
13:40So, whilst the murdered player sits amongst you all...
13:43Oh, no!
13:44That's just...
13:45Oh, no!
13:46Oh, no!
13:47By the end of today's mission, they will be dead.
13:51Oh, my goodness!
13:52Oh, my goodness!
13:53Oh, no!
13:54So, enjoy your breakfast, if you can.
13:58Then please put on your morning attire and meet me outside shortly.
14:04What the heck?
14:06Morning with a U, I think.
14:08Oh, I don't like this.
14:10That's quite a twist.
14:13Do you think somebody did something unusual?
14:17It would have had to have been unusual enough for it to feel risky, wouldn't it?
14:22Oh, no!
14:23Oh, no!
14:24Oh, no!
14:25Oh, no!
14:30Morning, Luce!
14:31How are you?
14:32I don't like this.
14:33I don't like it at all.
14:35Are we going to set in here?
14:36Why don't we?
14:37Goodness gracious me!
14:43I bet you it's in a chapel.
14:44What do you mean?
14:45Oh, it's a morning.
14:46Oh, it's a morning.
14:47Yeah.
14:48Yeah, it's not morning attire, it's mourn, you know.
14:50How do you know?
14:51It's M-O-U-R-N.
14:53Yeah, but Claudia didn't say it like that.
14:55She said, wear your morning attire.
14:56Yeah.
14:57Yeah.
14:58So it could be...
14:59But she didn't spell it.
15:00No.
15:01So how do you know?
15:02Stephen had the same idea, and I'll believe Stephen.
15:03Because I actually...
15:04Yeah, actually.
15:05Fair enough.
15:11To actively murder someone, you have to give them something for...
15:14We need to see who gets murdered,
15:17and then work backwards and see what they were doing,
15:19if they were acting weirdly, if they had...
15:21Or who gave them that glass?
15:23Oh, no, I feel bad.
15:24I feel bad.
15:25But, you know, Rue...
15:26Do you see Rue with the marshmallow?
15:27The marshmallow?
15:28She came round with the marshmallow.
15:29Well, no.
15:30No.
15:31That was...
15:32So that was my idea.
15:33We just brought it down to the fire.
15:34Do you remember that?
15:35OK, yeah, I'm just thinking.
15:36But you couldn't control who would eat from it, could you?
15:38No, no, no.
15:39I feel like I had so little, few interactions yesterday
15:43that I don't feel like I was got.
15:48Every single thing that happened yesterday could have been that.
15:51Niko hugged me goodbye.
15:53Niko hugged you goodbye?
15:54Yeah, he was like, oh...
15:56My number one suspect.
15:58But isn't it obvious, because that's what his whole career's built on?
16:00I suspect.
16:01He's the kind of person who...
16:02Exactly.
16:03Yes, yeah.
16:04So maybe it's too obvious, you mean?
16:05I mean, what else, though?
16:06What else could it be?
16:07I'm not sure of anything.
16:10Yeah, and that's what they like to do to us.
16:12There are so many possibilities of what murder in plain sight might entail,
16:15whether it could be to give you a letter or,
16:17oh, have a look at this book, what do you think it...
16:19You know, it could be anything.
16:21You all right? I'm trying to retrieve myself for the first banishing.
16:32I think you're okay.
16:33I don't think anybody thinks I'm a traitor, do they?
16:35Um, your name has come up.
16:37Oh, shut up.
16:38No, no, it has.
16:39Jonathan had briefly mentioned that my name had come up,
16:42and I was like, what?
16:43That's a traitor.
16:46It was, um...
16:47It was a surprise.
16:49Shall we say, yeah,
16:51that people like Nico, Lucy or David
16:54could fly under the radar really easily?
16:56Yeah.
16:57They're the little sweet ones.
16:58Yeah.
16:59Because you always think of a traitor of being this cunning killer.
17:06How are you guys?
17:07Hello. Yeah, we're good, how are you?
17:08Great.
17:10I love the green.
17:11Oh, thank you.
17:13It's beautiful.
17:14Have you noticed anything weird, either of you?
17:17It's...
17:19It's so hard to tell at this point,
17:20because everyone worked so well together on their mission.
17:23Why have you noticed anything?
17:24No, I'm just retracing everything that happened,
17:26but one thing which I am thinking is very smart is now,
17:30we're all thinking about this instead of who the traitors are.
17:34It's like, oh, okay, who's been murdered?
17:36Well, I don't know about you guys, but I am.
17:37Yeah, totally.
17:38Oh, that's interesting.
17:39I didn't see it from that perspective.
17:40Yeah.
17:41Oh, goodness.
17:43Fearful stuff.
17:44Oh.
17:45Fearful stuff.
17:46Oh.
17:47Oh.
17:50Yes.
17:51Staring the part there.
17:52Yeah.
17:53I wonder whether the traitors were also surprised
17:58when the person that they've chosen to murder walked in.
18:01I wish I was looking at Kate's face actually like,
18:05wait, what?
18:06Why are they not dead?
18:07You know what I mean?
18:08Yeah.
18:09Because it was straight away Kate went,
18:10oh, there must have been a recruitment.
18:11I like to try and...
18:12People may think of me as just an athlete,
18:15when actually I like to think of myself as somebody
18:17that is very observant and can think about lots of things
18:21all at once.
18:22The clever ones.
18:24Oh.
18:27We wish.
18:30Somebody is dead now, walking around.
18:33Walking...
18:34Well, not...
18:35Can we be dead?
18:36You can't because you've got a shield and I've got a shield.
18:38I could.
18:39I didn't have a shield.
18:40Yeah.
18:41You could be dead.
18:42I could be dead.
18:43I'm on the inside.
18:44Please don't.
18:45Don't.
18:46Don't.
18:47Who do you trust?
18:48Charlotte, I trust.
18:49Yeah.
18:50Well, I don't, you see.
18:51Why?
18:52What?!
18:53She gave up her shield very quickly.
18:55That would be a very good move for a traitor
18:57because she doesn't need it anyway.
18:58But can we just say she is a very nice person.
19:00Maybe it was that.
19:01She's adorable, but that's the point, don't you see?
19:03Yeah, yeah, yeah, yes.
19:04And she's very bright and very quick.
19:06Yeah, yeah.
19:07And you have to be.
19:08I don't trust you, you see.
19:09What?!
19:10I'm sorry, Joe.
19:11You're very clever.
19:13You see?
19:14And you would be a very unlikely choice for a traitor
19:17because you're so adorable.
19:18I know.
19:19You do have to watch people very carefully.
19:22The traitors who are here are being so smart
19:26because I can't really tell.
19:28I'm beginning to suspect everyone.
19:30You are right, even though you're accusing me,
19:32but, yeah, if you're being really clever,
19:34you have to go ignore the people you think it might be
19:38and go the other way,
19:39and then I reckon you've got more chance.
19:41Exactly.
19:42I know, as I'm sat here surrounded by three traitors.
19:47I am, in my day-to-day life, very weak-willed.
19:50I'm a sheep, but in this game,
19:53I'd like to put my best foot forward
19:55and hunt down a traitor with such vigour
19:59that it frightens people.
20:00With the faithful still speculating about last night's murder
20:13in plain sight,
20:14the players must now come together for their next mission.
20:18But for poisoned Paloma,
20:20the end of her time is drawing near.
20:30We came out of the castle
20:33to see Claudia resplendent on horseback
20:38in front of a rather more worrying sight of three coffins.
20:43I was just, like, shocked.
20:49There's three coffins.
20:52Joe Martin's not going to get in one of those, is he?
20:55It's all starting to feel a little bit real.
21:00We actually have murdered someone.
21:05Dearly beloved players,
21:07we are gathered here today to pay our respects
21:11to our first murdered faithful.
21:15A high-profile death deserves a high-profile funeral.
21:21You might be wondering why there are three coffins,
21:24all will be made clear.
21:27For one of you, death is incredibly close.
21:32Now follow me.
21:33We're going on a little walk.
21:43Oh, my God.
21:45It just feels very forbidding.
21:48Macabre, morbid, desperately gloomy.
21:51And we know that at the end of it,
21:53someone's not coming back with us.
21:59Wow.
22:01The heart is erasing.
22:03I don't usually get nervous.
22:04I'm starting to get a little bit shaky.
22:06WIKEY.
22:07Now the third one is a master.
22:08I'm running up here.
22:09I'm tripping.
22:10It's a master's master.
22:11Okay.
22:12It's easier to get you.
22:14It's better.
22:15I'm going to get you.
22:16Yeah.
22:18You're a master's master.
22:19You're a master's master.
22:21Am I?
22:22No, my master has been a master.
22:24I won't be the master's master's master.
22:27I'll take you.
22:28You're a master's master.
22:29Oh, my God, that's really creepy.
22:59That was cheery.
23:05Players, welcome back to the graveyard.
23:10On day one, you dug your own graves.
23:15Today, our first murdered faithful will be laid to rest here.
23:22Players, your mission today is to correctly identify
23:26which faithful has been murdered by answering a series of clues.
23:32The clues will whittle down the potential victims to three.
23:39The murdered faithful and two other players,
23:44the traitors chose to lie alongside them just for fun.
23:49Oh. Oh, God.
23:51The traitors could have also chosen themselves to lie in the coffins.
24:00Celia, Kate, Joe Marler, Joe Wilkinson and Jonathan,
24:09you have shields so you are safe.
24:12The rest of you, thoughts and prayers.
24:17Wow. Thanks.
24:19So, to clarify, you need to solve clues
24:23to work out which three players belong in these coffins.
24:28For each player you correctly identify,
24:32I will add £3,000 to the prize fund.
24:37That means a total of £9,000 is up for grabs today.
24:42But each time you request an additional clue,
24:47money will be deducted.
24:51I will now hand over to the choir for the first clue.
24:55You chased your goals with all your might
25:06Until you kicked the bucket out of sight
25:13Has any of the actors died?
25:18Because nobody here has kicked the bucket means...
25:20Several times.
25:21Yeah, died.
25:22Picked the bucket out of sight.
25:25Might as in strength.
25:26Yeah, but Joe's got a...
25:27Yeah, but he's got a shield.
25:30He's got a shield.
25:31Do we want to hear a second clue just in case?
25:34I think we should, yeah.
25:35We're not definitive, are we?
25:36No.
25:37No.
25:38My strategy was to act like I didn't know the answers
25:42and I was as confused as the rest of the group.
25:45OK, here is the second clue.
25:48But it does mean you'll lose £500.
25:57Ballot box.
25:58Ballot box.
25:59Oh, is it Nico?
26:00Oh, my goodness me.
26:02It's Nico.
26:03When it came out with the ballot box,
26:06I instantly knew it was Nico
26:08because he famously ran for London Mayor.
26:12Oh, my God.
26:14Are we agreed, everyone?
26:16Yes.
26:17So, Nico, please lie in the coffin.
26:20First time in a coffin?
26:22Oh, Nico.
26:23Oh, no.
26:26I can think of nothing worse than going out on the first murder.
26:30I just, like, now the fear level has gone up even more.
26:34My paranoia is spiralling.
26:36Nico, I can tell you that coffin does belong to you.
26:41Woo!
26:43£2,500 thanked.
26:46If we put Nico into one of the boxes,
26:51who we know that is heat on already,
26:53then it might be enough for one of them to say his name's come on.
26:57That's what people are like.
26:58They are second-guessing.
27:00So I think that's a really good call.
27:01And they struggle to trust him because of the videos that he makes on YouTube.
27:03His name has come up a lot.
27:08Nico, I'm afraid your time with us may soon be over.
27:12When Nico got in that coffin, he actually looked quite sad.
27:18And that made me feel quite bad and a bit guilty.
27:22On to the next coffin.
27:23You've filled the airwaves with laughter and jest.
27:31Completed your task.
27:34Now it's time to rest.
27:42With laughter and jest.
27:44Alan's got a radio show.
27:45It's Airwaves.
27:46I did Radio 2 for years.
27:48I think it might be me.
27:50I've got a podcast and I've done Taskmaster.
27:52Oh, I haven't done that.
27:53I'm Task.
27:54I haven't done a Taskmaster.
27:56I've had a Radio 4 series and I've done Taskmaster.
27:59It had the word tasking and airwaves.
28:04And I thought, could that be me?
28:07But Nick thought it was about him.
28:09And we should read, we should read the show a comedy.
28:12A comedy, yeah.
28:12Should we do second clue?
28:14I think we have to do second clue.
28:15Second clue.
28:16You would like a second clue?
28:18Yeah.
28:19Yeah.
28:21It's me.
28:22It's me.
28:22To my horror, the next clue, Space Rocket, the Apollo 11, was brought out.
28:27And I was like, well, that's me.
28:31Oh, it's Nick.
28:33Oh, it's Nick.
28:33It's a radio show.
28:35It's Nick.
28:36Have you made your decision or would you like another clue?
28:39I think we've made our decision again.
28:41You've made your decision.
28:42Who do you think this coffin belongs to?
28:45Mr Nick Muhammad.
28:46Nick.
28:47Nick Muhammad, please.
28:51It was horrible getting into the coffin and, yeah, I've never got into a coffin before,
28:56obviously, so it was just quite ominous and surreal.
29:00If you get this correct, you will bank £2,500.
29:06Before I reveal, if you guessed correctly, I am going to show you the third clue.
29:17What's in it?
29:18Beau.
29:19Beau.
29:19Beau?
29:20Beau?
29:20It's pointing to the yellow.
29:22Oh, yellow.
29:23What does it happen to me?
29:24That's the whole of the bird.
29:26Well, I've got nothing to do with.
29:27Oh.
29:28The polar is from home.
29:29But why a spaceship for Lucy Beaumont?
29:32Oh, it's me then.
29:34I wonder if I had a show called Spaceman.
29:38Oh, no!
29:40Lucy!
29:41That's his awkward.
29:42I've played at the Apollo.
29:43Oh, it's me.
29:44So it's Hull, live at the Apollo.
29:45I was on Taskmaster and I've got a podcast.
29:46It's too late.
29:47It's too late.
29:48It's too late.
29:49Well, Nick.
29:50Yeah?
29:51I can tell you that that is not your coffin.
29:52Oh!
29:53It is not your time to die yet.
29:54Oh, after all that.
29:55I'm so sorry.
29:56The coffin was chosen for Lucy.
29:57Oh, Lucy.
29:58Lucy.
29:59Here's something, though.
30:00Is it worth putting someone quieter?
30:01Like who?
30:02Like Lucy.
30:03And then we can just say, you know, you're a little bit more.
30:05I'm so sorry.
30:06I'm so sorry.
30:07I'm so sorry.
30:08I'm so sorry.
30:09I'm so sorry.
30:10I'm so sorry.
30:11I'm so sorry.
30:12I'm so sorry.
30:13I'm so sorry.
30:14I'm so sorry.
30:15I'm so sorry.
30:16I'm so sorry.
30:17I'm so sorry.
30:18Lucy.
30:19And then we can just say, you are quiet, Lucy.
30:21You so far under the radar?
30:23Yes.
30:24Oh, yes.
30:25I can't really compare the coffin to anything I've experienced before.
30:30I once fell asleep in a wheelie bin.
30:33It's about...
30:34It's about it.
30:36Players, by guessing incorrectly, I'm afraid you haven't banked any money for this coffin.
30:43I'm sorry I got it wrong, but you've just...
30:46You've found your voice.
30:47I miss the big smoke.
30:48Your story is done.
30:49But your words still spoke.
30:50You've found your voice.
30:51You've found your voice.
30:52I miss the big smoke.
30:53Your story is done.
30:54But your words still spoke.
30:55It said it was...
30:56Says the story is done.
30:57But your words live on.
30:58Is it Charlotte?
30:59I hope my story's not it.
31:00I hope my story's not it.
31:01Your story's not done.
31:02It's still worth getting another one.
31:03Is it Charlotte?
31:04I hope my story's not it.
31:05It's still worth getting another clue, isn't it?
31:06Yeah, second clue.
31:07The second clue.
31:08The second clue for the final coffin.
31:09Here it comes.
31:10A school time.
31:11A school time.
31:12A school time.
31:13It's a school time.
31:14Is it a school time.
31:15Is it a school time?
31:16Is it a school time?
31:17Is it Saint Trinian?
31:18Is it you, Pullpen or Saint Trinian?
31:19It's a double gem.
31:20It's a double gem?
31:21But your words still spoke.
31:22It said it was...
31:23It says the story is done.
31:24But your words live on.
31:25Is it Charlotte?
31:26I hope my story's not it.
31:28I hope my story's not it.
31:30It's still worth getting another clue, isn't it?
31:32Another clue.
31:33OK, the second clue.
31:34The second clue for the final coffin.
31:36Here it comes.
31:37A school time.
31:38A school time.
31:39A school time.
31:40A school time.
31:41Is it you, Pullpen or Centrian?
31:43but me but Celia me and Stephen were in st. Trinian what could be it could be
31:49black and white it could be Newcastle Newcastle yeah which could be me I'm
31:53from Newcastle and it looked like a Newcastle United colors I was convinced
31:57it was me but I think we should get a third clue we think it's David but we
32:01wanted a third clue so you'd like a third clue yeah you'll lose another 500
32:06pounds what is that hearts it's a heart like heart badges plus is on the heart
32:14broken heart has anyone got a song called plaster only love hurts like this
32:20yeah but I don't understand why the tide and then you found your thing in the
32:28big smoke but you're alone what's the stories done and a word still spoke but
32:33that is only love can hurt like this and that looks st. Trinian's it is me I
32:39think it's a st. Trinian's tie it has to be Paloma have you made your decision me
32:46Paloma yeah step forward I've no idea what's going on right now all I hear is
32:57the rain and my heart beating really really fast in my chest it might it's
33:03wonderful it might not be you might not be you there's only one I feel so bad
33:08seeing Paloma get in the coffin I mean she actually looks at me and I look at
33:14her and she's like oh I'm like yeah I popped you in that coffin I can now
33:19reveal that the third coffin belongs to Paloma congratulations you banked 2,000 pounds well done
33:31everyone you correctly guessed two players you've won four and a half thousand pounds for the prize
33:39fund but that's horrible though because that means one of the three are going I was terrified for
33:45whoever was getting murdered but there was a part of me that could just have a little sigh of relief
33:49because it wasn't going to be me there is one last question to answer and it is a big one oh
33:58as a group you must now decide who of these three did the traitors murder in plain sight oh god if you
34:15guess correctly I will give you an extra four thousand pounds thousand once you've decided you must place
34:24this wreath at the foot of their coffin you may start your discussion now okay vote vote put it to
34:32a vote right that's the fairest way to do it we've no clue okay yeah yeah I think Ruth is right we should
34:39vote okay hands up for Paloma I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place obviously I know the answer's
34:47Paloma but if I say it's Paloma then I'm going to have heat on me one okay hands up for Lucy
34:59there's no point in taking a vote for Niko I think it's me though I do tell me who you're locking in
35:11Lucy Lucy Thank You mark according to you Lucy has been murdered by the traitors if you are right
35:26four thousand pounds will be added to the prize pot but have you guessed the murder victim correctly
35:35we are about to find out this is really sad
36:05oh Paloma you were right that is flabbergasting
36:24it was Paloma
36:29bye-bye Paloma
36:34Paloma is dead rest in peace don't ask me we love you Paloma what you know is true
36:49I thought I wasn't going to get emotional but I feel really sad I love your precious heart
36:58oh my god goodbye sweet Paloma
37:01it's been really a wonderful experience I just wish it had been longer but I guess that just
37:08leaves me to say that this is now goodbye
37:11I'm feeling really sad actually truthfully she was such a joy our sunshine's gone
37:26would anybody like to say a few words Alan you knew her the best why don't you say something about
37:32yeah oh well well I think I think we're all gonna miss her really the biggest irony is for someone who
37:40was so full of life and then turned like this it just doesn't feel fitting and I think we're gonna
37:47miss her and we will avenge her death it's been a dramatic day I have to tell you it might also be a
37:59dramatic night now get back to the castle I'll see you later
38:06Paloma I'm sorry we killed you it was absolutely nothing personal for you it was wrong time wrong place wrong game
38:20you Alan were really close to Paloma yeah so how are you feeling we really did have a bond and obviously
38:37you know I hate goodbyes at the best of time but what a goodbye you know I think Paloma's murder has
38:44thrown everyone off my scent I'm getting a lot of sympathy are you all right I know Paloma was close
38:51to you Paloma's murders my shield because people just think our Alan wouldn't do that to his good friend
38:57if you were a traitor right who's the least likely person to have killed Paloma someone she's close to
39:04yeah oh you're talking about Alan I'm talking about so you're suspicious of Alan right I'm just saying
39:11that's the least likely person to have killed yeah but it's also therefore something you have to
39:16consider yeah if a traitor's name comes up I will defend them as much as I can but not to my own
39:24detriment any folks I hate to say it but I think Claire and Kate Claire let me tell you about Kate I feel
39:37Kate is a traitor really Kate's a traitor I see it and I feel it I watched everybody to see people's
39:46reactions the person that I had in my head was Tamika oh that's interesting Tamika and Kate both sort
39:55of did our oh you know thing I'd already started my narrative about Tamika so I thought well that's
40:01that's fetch that fetch I just don't think I'm gonna go first no to the round table oh okay I'm
40:09gonna hide I'm gonna hide under the round table there's 18 of us now oh dear my gosh let's go in the
40:24um library or the bar maybe in the bar or Palermo yeah it's really shocking wasn't it it was I feel like I have to
40:39defend myself properly now because I think there's now a lot of eyes on me yeah which is I mean hmm the
40:46one thing which the traitors will do is plant seeds whoever is being brought up into the conversations
40:52continuously that's probably the traitors who have done that who can we put in the coffin who's going
40:59to who everyone's going to look at yeah and then I feel like that's where I was then put forward which
41:04is a bit of a problem but I think everyone's on tender hooks you think yes I do now we'll see
41:16oh I just noticed that they've already crossed out her face oh my god they have that makes you final
41:23oh that's awesome it'll be it'll be weird now without her yeah weirdest of all for Alan
41:31yeah he's lost his buddy taking out someone as big and loud and wonderful as Paloma that so that's a
41:38bold move and obviously Paloma and Alan I mean they are like best mates but could it be Alan
41:44could Alan have actually done in Paloma straight off sent her home knowing that nobody would ever
41:53think he would do that let's go down the road that they have picked one of themselves to go in
42:02it wasn't Paloma I just can't see Lucy putting herself through that okay but that doesn't mean Nico is
42:08yes it just means that if we were going down that route you would choose he's very worried now who
42:14Nico because of that he's very worried now he's done a very good convincing on me that he absolutely
42:21isn't I do think putting yourself in the coffin is is a bit nuts at this point he does draw attention
42:27yeah so that's what he thought yeah and he thought and he has a point if if if I was a traitor I
42:32wouldn't I wouldn't put myself in there because you've got to keep a low low yeah you just want
42:38to be in the mellow personally I don't think Nico was a traitor I'm looking at someone who's hasn't
42:46really been accused yet so I've narrowed it down to myself or Tom I'm leaning towards Tom he's sweetness
42:53and light when he's diving in a but imagine that callously picking us off I'd watch that
43:09hello guys the thing is bring for one more yeah absolutely come and take a seat pick the
43:14traits off one by one that's what you got to do load them into a false sense of security and then bang
43:20get them yeah how are we feeling pretty good I want to avenge Paloma's death yeah yeah what's
43:27your feeling with Nico I personally I don't feel like he's a traitor I sort of was looking at people
43:38who were kind of be like overcompensating and being super like exaggerated with just their responses to
43:46things go on well like Kate for example I said okay oh my gosh I'm flabbergasted like who uses that
43:56word you can't just call someone a traitor because they have a better vocabulary than you
44:02I do think the round table might be a bit intense I I I don't feel like I'm gonna have a problem
44:16uh writing a name on a board I'll keep Paloma in my heart mm-hmm let's do it for her yeah absolutely
44:23it's been a traumatic day as we laid poor Paloma to rest but now it's time for the faithful to avenge
44:40her murder as they gather at the round table and start the eternal debate who is a traitor get comfy
44:49it's time for the first banishment heading into the round table my heart is just in my mouth to be
44:59honest we've just seen Paloma murdered no one expected that so now you're thinking anyone could
45:06go people are coming for me there's no doubt about that but if you think I'm not ready for it you lost
45:15your mind I have no idea in which direction this round table is going to go when it's the first
45:21banishment you have to make a decision based off so little data so I just have to stick with what I
45:26think and hope that no one comes for me my game plan at the moment especially around the round table
45:33is to just lay low stay quiet just gonna fly under the radar we know how ruthless they are these
45:43dastardly traitors they're clever so we've got to find them players welcome back to the round table
45:58and your first banishment congratulations after today your prize fund currently stands at 19 and a
46:10half thousand pounds here's a thing one of the skills you need to be good at this game is to know when
46:22somebody is lying to you you are famous people lie to you all the time I love that show it's a great jacket
46:37I listened to that particular podcast twice
46:43lies
46:47so how on earth are you going to tell if somebody is lying to you
46:54let me tell you how this works whoever receives the most votes will be banished
47:03and will reveal if they're a traitor or a faithful as they leave the castle
47:09so then players for the first time the floor is yours
47:18can I start just by reiterating that we have to write a name down and we have very little to go on
47:33and that whatever name we write down it isn't because we dislike someone or we think they should
47:38leave the game the greatest detective there ever was Sherlock Holmes said it is a cardinal error to
47:46theorize without data and we have almost no data to go on we are as cause he said going on instinct
47:54I'm going to ask a question which sounds a bit sidebar but a couple of people have mentioned that
48:01my name is cropped up right in conversations if anybody has been part of those conversations
48:07can you say what came up because I feel like then that might help us to understand what people are
48:13thinking of I I mentioned your name why did you think that because I think in I'll say the mission today specifically okay I didn't know
48:25whether your sort of larger response to Paloma's coffin being closed was an
48:34overcompensation or whether it was a genuine sort of well first of all I'm a
48:41massive ham that's the first so my reactions are always massively over the top about everything
48:47but genuinely I was flabbergasted and and I'll own up as well exactly the same thing when when we
48:54were here yeah we took the masks off yeah the overreaction wasn't to the word traitor from you
49:00it was to the word faithful when you went for but it's exactly the same thing it's the it's the hat
49:07it's the ham it's the ham I am a ham I'm terrible ham yeah um I just have a question when we were
49:13doing the challenge a lot of people were very forthcoming with their shields and stuff I just
49:19didn't maybe I didn't hear you but I didn't notice you once offered up I didn't know that Charlotte
49:27offered it that's how out of it I was I actually didn't know you'd given it up I was in a blur
49:31but also isn't that evidence I'm a faithful it means that I was more keen to hang on to the shield
49:37one thing we might consider of course is that Claudia asked us all whether we wanted to be
49:43faithfuls or uh or traitors we might consider amongst ourselves who we think is the kind of
49:48person who would say yeah I'd love to be a traitor on that basis I felt and again don't take this
49:54personally that Nico was the kind of person who might say I'd love to be a traitor okay well I'm
49:59actually glad that I've got this opportunity to speak and defend myself first off I am a faithful
50:04I actually asked to be a faithful as well but what I will say is today obviously rest in peace to Paloma
50:11but I believe that I've been set up I believe that when the traitors met up they were like well let's
50:19put Nico forward because Nico has come up in conversation and if he's in there he's going to
50:25get brought up at the table it's going to be a reason that's used against me but with that being
50:30said does anyone have any rebuttal as to why I would as a traitor put myself into the coffin where
50:37everyone's eyes would be on me I think there's a case of double and triple bluffs here yeah I mean
50:44there's other reasons that I've been also thinking about you Nico and one of them being at the round
50:50table before and after you had an impeccable poker face yeah and you were like completely expressionless
50:57and that made me wonder Nico can I add something because yeah first of all I really like you and I
51:03really admire you as well um but I I also was someone who raised your name earlier on and for the same
51:08reason that Charlotte's just said and I thought there was a change in your behavior that's why I thought
51:12there was a chance and that's why I am one of the people who did mention your name all I can say
51:17because if I am a traitor why would I put myself into a coffin it doesn't make any sense at all it
51:24does feel risky extremely risky and I think like I mean the proof of that is in the fact that we're
51:31all talking about it exactly yeah just actually in Nico's defense as far as you know being a traitor is
51:39concerned that jars in my head the changes in behavior that I've noticed for the person that
51:45I've observed over the last two days and it's really hard and I'm sorry but Tameka and when we
51:53came out of here the other night after the traitors had been chosen I thought I sensed a real change in
52:00your behavior you seemed quite uh withdrawn jittery and then today I watched when Claudia was pacing up
52:10and down those those coffins before she slammed Paloma's lid shut I didn't want to watch that I
52:16wanted to watch the crowd to see everybody's reaction your reaction didn't ring true for me
52:22it was it was um over the top today I was really shocked because I thought it was you Lucy and I
52:29really didn't want it to be you so when Claudia shut the coffin yeah on Paloma I was genuinely shocked
52:36and then I was just trying to just think my way through it and I actually noticed you walk away and
52:43was looking back because it was almost as if you were looking at that's happening over there but what are
52:49the people looking at you separated yourself to look at everybody else on that because I want to
52:56know who the chairs are but it's very interesting you're talking about people's you know looking
53:01different I felt after the selection I felt that um yourself Kate had changed really yeah I'm sorry
53:13Jane I absolutely promise you I'm a faithful let's uh let's imagine that we were traitors um what would
53:22inspire us to choose Paloma as our first victim well Paloma's own theory was that she was such a big
53:28character yes it's and it was shocking would you have said let's get Paloma because she's a big character I don't
53:34think I would I think I would have done something more closer to what Nico's describing I would have worked out who the heat was
53:40on yes in the first day I don't think who would who would easily be banished it's a it's a cruel touch
53:47of genius there it is I actually have a question for Alan you would have talked to Paloma the most
53:55is there anyone that she kind of openly suspected she had two names and I couldn't get the match when if I
54:04die there's two names next thing you know she's shoved in her coffin and the things gone it was very
54:14frustrating can I say something I've hung we've hung around quite a lot and you've been really nervous
54:23about being murdered murdered yeah so I personally don't think it's you who do you think it is then
54:31all right this hurts but I I was worried about Tom only because I was when I started this I thought
54:39who would I think would I'll be honest this is probably it's going to backfire but I thought you
54:45you and Paloma the two people if I was in control of this thing and that's the only reason I think
54:51it's you I've had no other proof like you Nico's come up a lot and I don't believe what's been put in
54:58front of me thank you um I feel like the evidence which I've given makes it quite clear that it's not
55:05me I I personally believe that the decision is up to you and I respect that but if you if you do not think
55:12it's me do not vote for me because you could be killed next players the time for talk is now over oh
55:20hell oh god please write down the name of the person you believe is a traitor
55:42are your names locked in yeah yeah thank you Ruth we'll start with you who do you believe is a traitor
55:59and why I voted for Kate I just found that your behavior changed and became slightly more animated
56:09any time traitor talk came about
56:13Tameka I have voted for you Kate I'm just going by how you were reacting
56:25Alan I'm going for Nico um I've got to go for my friend who I lost today
56:33Mark I'm sorry Tameka but I'm going for you um just inconsistencies and behavior
56:41and overcompensation enemy yeah Nico I've gone for Tom Daley the UK's golden boy might have a good
56:52traitor streak about him you could have definitely pulled off the whole master plan of setting me up
56:58so a vote count two for Kate one for Nico one for Tameka and one for Tom
57:07Kate who do you believe is a traitor and why I'm gonna go for Tameka because I was very convinced
57:18by Nico that it wasn't Nico Joe Marlow didn't have a lot to go on so I went with my gut Nico
57:27Lucy I kept scribbling names out and Nico I've wrote your name down this is awful it's awful
57:38Kat Kat um I vote for you Kate it just felt like in the mission today more sort of loudness could
57:49have been an overcompensation so a vote count three for Kate three for Nico two for Tameka one for Tom
58:00I'm very nervous the reality that I might be gone at the first round table is starting to set in
58:13my biggest fear I could be out the game they've got it so wrong this could go anyway
58:22Steven who do you believe is a traitor and why
58:30murder Paloma faith rises from her coffin to join me on the celebrity traitors uncloak starting right
