00:06:15w
00:09:47So, let's get back to discussion of Honkily's career.
00:09:51So, after all this rejection, the past six months, I mean, it's like, let's do the math,
00:10:02okay.
00:10:03Okay.
00:10:34So, I withdrew my application.
00:10:36After some interviews, I realized this is not quite what I want.
00:10:40That happens about twice, okay?
00:10:44So, I withdrew my application before they said yes or no.
00:10:50Okay.
00:10:51So, it's not turning down the effort because it was before that happened, okay?
00:10:57So, but mostly rejection, okay?
00:11:00So, I was like, I felt offended at this point and I felt unappreciated.
00:11:12And so, I feel like, you know, there's something wrong here.
00:11:16Okay?
00:11:17And I feel like, you know, I deserve more than this.
00:11:22Okay?
00:11:23Okay?
00:11:24Okay?
00:11:25Like, come on.
00:11:26I mean, yes.
00:11:27So, I was bummed this morning about this situation, okay?
00:11:32Being rejected so many times.
00:11:33So, about a week ago, I went to the job center, which is fantastic, okay?
00:11:46And they showed me around how to do job search outside of legal area, okay?
00:11:52Because, yeah, expanding career horizon.
00:11:56Sure, sure.
00:11:57Great advice.
00:11:58So, they showed me indeed.com.
00:12:00Yeah, I knew about that website.
00:12:02Back in the days, monster.com was the number one.
00:12:05Nowadays, I guess it's indeed.com.
00:12:07Okay.
00:12:08I knew about that website.
00:12:09So, I went to indeed.com and download their app, my cell phone, and then...
00:12:17So, I looked through it, okay?
00:12:19Because lawyer job, it may happen.
00:12:22I'm going to give you one more month, okay?
00:12:25Yeah.
00:12:26If they give it to me, I take it.
00:12:29I just need one employer, okay?
00:12:32Yeah.
00:12:33So, I...
00:12:34If it happens, I take it, okay?
00:12:35Yeah.
00:12:36I give it one more month, okay?
00:12:38Before I start applying to other jobs.
00:12:40But!
00:12:41This morning, I applied to one job that is not lawyer job.
00:12:48Okay.
00:12:49Can you take a guess what it is?
00:12:50Can you take a guess what it is?
00:12:53Huh?
00:12:57I don't know if they're going to give me job or not, but it's interesting one.
00:13:01Okay?
00:13:02Yeah.
00:13:03It's interesting one.
00:13:04Okay?
00:13:05Nothing illegal or anything, but it's not a lawyer job.
00:13:09Or it could lead to that, but if you want to take a guess, what kind of job I applied.
00:13:22But it's not exactly a lawyer job.
00:13:24But it could lead to that later on.
00:13:25Okay?
00:13:26But initially, not really.
00:13:27Okay?
00:13:28So, if you want to take a guess, okay?
00:13:29Yeah, five minutes.
00:13:30Okay?
00:13:31Okay?
00:13:33Okay?
00:13:54Okay?
00:13:57Okay.
00:13:58Okay?
00:13:59Okay.
00:14:00Okay?
00:14:01Okay.
00:14:04Okay.
00:14:05Then, you can see.
00:14:09Okay.
00:14:10Okay.
00:15:55It's a fun one.
00:15:56It's FBI.
00:16:00Cheers.
00:16:03Cheers.
00:16:08That's your agent, okay.
00:16:09Yeah, like Fox TV, the X-Files TV show.
00:16:14Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah.
00:16:16I applied, okay, so.
00:16:18It was a long process.
00:16:19There is a lot of questions,
00:16:22but one of the questions they asked is like,
00:16:26are you registered, blah, blah, blah.
00:16:29I did some internet search.
00:16:31Yeah, so the answer is yes, okay.
00:16:33But yeah, I vaguely remember back in the days
00:16:37maybe when I was applying to some federal job or something,
00:16:41okay, so.
00:16:42But I thought your answer was no,
00:16:44but it's supposed to be yes, okay, so.
00:16:46Okay.
00:16:50Because at first I saw, is this some phishing website?
00:16:53There are some phishing to extract people's password, no?
00:16:57But it turns out it's legitimate FBI website, okay.
00:17:03Because when I answered no to that question,
00:17:07like, are you registered, blah, blah.
00:17:10Then after that it gave me,
00:17:12you did not pass the pre-screening.
00:17:16So I did some internet search,
00:17:17and the Reddit, yeah, that's it.
00:17:19Yeah, if you have to read that question carefully.
00:17:23Yeah, the answer is yes, okay, okay.
00:17:26Then in the other work experience, school education,
00:17:31I had to fill it out and re-edit my resume.
00:17:37It took me probably an hour, okay, just to apply.
00:17:42So that, why did I apply to FBI, to be special agents?
00:17:50Okay, indeed.com, basically I typed, like, administration,
00:17:57like, office manager, that kind of job.
00:18:01But somehow it showed up, FBI, saying they're looking for people,
00:18:07who are good with computers, like, to prevent, like, cyber crimes.
00:18:12Oh, that's interesting.
00:18:14Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, computer science.
00:18:17And then further down, in the list, in the indie.com,
00:18:21again, FBI special agent, candidate,
00:18:26basically looking for who are good with mathematics.
00:18:28I was like, wow, mathematics?
00:18:31Kind of data analysis, okay.
00:18:32Are you serious?
00:18:36That's what I'm really, what I really enjoy doing, mathematics, right?
00:18:40Nowadays, not too much for back in the days.
00:18:43I'm good at mathematics.
00:18:45I'm like, yeah, what is this?
00:18:49So, I literally broadened my eyes.
00:18:54I was like, really?
00:19:02Oh, yeah?
00:19:04Like, a kind of light bulb moment.
00:19:07So, I applied, okay?
00:19:08Yeah.
00:19:09This morning.
00:19:10And then, I went to Walmart, bought some groceries.
00:19:14But before, when I went to Walmart, I looked up to,
00:19:18and also, after I came back from Walmart,
00:19:20into my cell phone, yeah, okay, FBI fitness test.
00:19:25PT test, FBI version.
00:19:27What is it?
00:19:27They do four things.
00:19:341.5 mile run, timed.
00:19:36300 meter sprint, timed.
00:19:40And push-ups, untimed.
00:19:42And pull-ups, untimed.
00:19:43Okay?
00:19:44So, and for each of four categories, 10 points.
00:19:49Total, 40 points.
00:19:52To pass the PT, you need to get 10 points total.
00:19:56So, 25%.
00:19:57Oh, I can do it.
00:20:00Oh, yeah.
00:20:02But, 10 points, 100% for pull-ups.
00:20:06For men, 20 pull-ups.
00:20:09I can do maybe five.
00:20:11Full, okay?
00:20:14With a little bit cheating, maybe 10, okay?
00:20:17But, full pull-ups, maybe five.
00:20:23All three, does better.
00:20:25Yeah, I'll be able to pass.
00:20:28FBI PT test.
00:20:30Okay?
00:20:32It's a lot easier than the U.S. Army.
00:20:35Okay?
00:20:36Yeah.
00:20:37Yeah.
00:20:40Instead of two mile run, yeah, 1.5 mile run.
00:20:43That's something I need to work on, because nowadays, I don't really run too, too long.
00:20:50I do run, but not too long.
00:20:52Okay, five minutes, okay?
00:20:54I'll tell you more stories.
00:20:55Yeah.
00:20:55Nice.
00:20:56Nice.
00:20:56Nice.
00:20:56Nice.
00:20:58Nice.
00:20:58Nice.
00:20:58Nice.
00:20:58Nice.
00:20:59Nice.
00:20:59Nice.
00:20:59Nice.
00:21:00Nice.
00:21:02Nice.
00:21:03Nice.
00:21:04Nice.
00:21:05Nice.
00:21:05Nice.
00:21:06Nice.
00:21:06Nice.
00:21:07Nice.
00:21:07Nice.
00:21:08Nice.
00:21:08Nice.
00:21:10Nice.
00:21:11Nice.
00:21:12Nice.
00:21:13Nice.
00:21:14Nice.
00:21:15Nice.
00:21:16Nice.
00:21:17Nice.
00:21:18Nice.
00:21:19Nice.
00:21:20Nice.
00:21:21Nice.
00:21:22Nice.
00:21:23Nice.
00:21:24Nice.
00:21:25Nice.
00:21:26Nice.
00:21:27Nice.
00:21:28Nice.
00:21:29Nice.
00:21:30Nice.
00:21:31Nice.
00:21:32Nice.
00:21:33Nice.
00:21:34Nice.
00:21:35Nice.
00:21:36Nice.
00:21:37Nice.
00:21:38Nice.
00:21:39Nice.
00:22:50Yes, so I'm excited about this possibility.
00:22:54Well, but in Indeed.com, they listed those FBI job posting based on Anchorage, okay?
00:23:08So, because FBI does have field office in Anchorage.
00:23:12Yeah, I did pass by, okay?
00:23:14I never met any FBI people in Alaska, okay?
00:23:18But I have met people who work for FBI, but not special agents.
00:23:24But like in the back of the day, it's a Zoom show, okay?
00:23:28Yeah, they're cool, okay?
00:23:30So, and some online class about election law, yeah, I have talked to FBI agents who, they
00:23:38were part of this presentation.
00:23:42Okay, they're cool.
00:23:48How interesting, huh?
00:23:49I mean, I'm not sure if they're gonna give me the job or not, because they do have age limit,
00:23:54which is 37.
00:23:55But they say, sometimes they waive it for veterans.
00:24:00Yeah, I'm a veteran, okay?
00:24:02And I can pass the P2 test quite easily.
00:24:06So, and we'll see what happens, okay?
00:24:11So, but background check?
00:24:14I don't have any criminal record.
00:24:16When I was in New York, Ithaca, New York, okay?
00:24:27Driving from Ithaca, New York to Manhattan, New York.
00:24:29Yeah, I did get some spring tickets back then, okay?
00:24:32But that's a long time ago.
00:24:34Okay, and parking tickets, traffic violation, that happened in Ithaca, New York, and maybe Madison, Wisconsin, okay?
00:24:45How about in Los Angeles, California?
00:24:49I don't think I got any tickets whatsoever.
00:24:51I don't think so.
00:24:55In Alaska?
00:24:56Zero.
00:24:57No parking, no spinning ticket, no whatsoever.
00:25:01Okay, so.
00:25:02Fine, I think it's clean.
00:25:04So, I do not know what's gonna happen, okay?
00:25:09Okay, but if they're gonna, if they give me FBI special agent job offer, I do it.
00:25:15And then, they require this, go to FBI Academy and graduate.
00:25:22Yeah, I can do it.
00:25:24In Quantico, Virginia.
00:25:26Sure, sure.
00:25:27I can do that.
00:25:30And also, they say, yeah, you, you currently army, okay?
00:25:36So, yeah, you can list your favorite, preferred destination, where you're gonna work as an FBI agent.
00:25:45Yeah, I put Alaska, Anchorage is Alaska, but that's not, this is not guaranteed.
00:25:51That's fine.
00:25:52So, am I okay with selling this house and going somewhere else in America?
00:25:56Yeah.
00:25:57Yeah.
00:25:58Yeah.
00:25:59Yeah.
00:26:00How about all these whiteboards, campaign boards?
00:26:04Yeah, put the storage.
00:26:05I'm not gonna throw them away.
00:26:07Yeah.
00:26:08Because, moving out of Alaska, I mean, I love this state.
00:26:13It's just that, my feet get very cold, but I have a solution for that, too.
00:26:34Because, I used to put this temperature at 61 Fahrenheit.
00:26:38I think that's too cold to my toes.
00:26:41So, I put, nowadays, 68.
00:26:43So, yeah, toe, toe, cold feet, gone.
00:26:52So, it's not necessary medically that I move out of Alaska, because it's too cold for my age.
00:26:57But, I think I'm okay with moving out of Alaska.
00:27:00Okay?
00:27:01Yeah.
00:27:02If that's necessary.
00:27:03If FBI gave me a job, and assigned me to other places, yeah, I'm going to relocate to other states.
00:27:12What state would be my preferred ones?
00:27:17Maybe Florida?
00:27:20Hawaii?
00:27:21Hawaii?
00:27:22Hawaii?
00:27:23Maybe too isolated.
00:27:24Yeah, but Florida?
00:27:25Yeah.
00:27:26Why?
00:27:27Oh, I watched some documentary on the Florida.
00:27:29It's just...
00:27:30The...
00:27:31Fish.
00:27:32Ocean.
00:27:33Yeah.
00:27:34Yeah.
00:27:35Why?
00:27:36Oh, I watched some documentary on the Florida.
00:27:38It's just...
00:27:39The...
00:27:40The...
00:27:41The...
00:27:42The...
00:27:43The...
00:27:44The...
00:27:45The...
00:27:46The...
00:27:47The...
00:27:48The...
00:27:49The...
00:27:50Wow.
00:27:51Amazing.
00:27:52Yeah.
00:27:53Yeah.
00:28:02And...
00:28:03But...
00:28:04I don't know what's going to happen.
00:28:05Are they going to...
00:28:07Give me...
00:28:08Admission?
00:28:09Or not?
00:28:10No clue.
00:28:11But...
00:28:12I think it's good motivation for me.
00:28:16Maybe run longer.
00:28:171.5 mile.
00:28:19Yeah.
00:28:20I download...
00:28:21Maybe I always download like runner app.
00:28:24Uh...
00:28:25To measure the distance of running.
00:28:27Because they do GPS tracking.
00:28:28Okay.
00:28:29So...
00:28:30Yeah.
00:28:311.5 mile.
00:28:32Sure.
00:28:33Sure.
00:28:34Sure.
00:28:35Running.
00:28:36Pull up.
00:28:37300 meter sprint.
00:28:39Yeah.
00:28:40I can practice that.
00:28:42Okay.
00:28:43Sure.
00:28:445 minutes break.
00:28:45Okay.
00:28:46Yeah.
00:28:47It's been 30 minutes.
00:28:48Okay.
00:28:49Five minutes.
00:28:51Yeah.
00:28:52Nice.
00:28:53Good night.
00:28:54But...
00:28:55More.
00:28:56One.
00:28:57Two.
00:28:58Three.
00:28:59Two.
00:29:01Two.
00:29:02Two.
00:29:03One.
00:29:04Two.
00:29:05One.
00:29:06Two.
00:29:07Two.
00:29:08Two.
00:29:09Three.
00:29:10Two.
00:29:11Two.
00:29:12Two.
00:29:13Two.
00:29:14Two.
00:29:16Two.
00:29:17Three.
00:29:18Two.
00:29:19Two.
00:29:20Two.
00:29:20Two.
00:30:23Yes, so I kind of thought about about a couple weeks ago, kind of thought about going back
00:30:41to military, like as a judge, advocate general, and so I did look up, and yeah, they have
00:30:47very strict age limit, okay?
00:30:50It's variable technically, but the thing is their PT standard, physical fitness training,
00:30:56PFT, that's very rigorous one, okay?
00:31:00I don't think I can pass the U.S. Army test.
00:31:04No.
00:31:07For my age of 4, 7, they don't even have PT table.
00:31:10So, and I do not want to shave my hair, and putting on army boots, no, but FBI, it's
00:31:25kind of halfway between military and civilian, okay?
00:31:27So, yeah, dress code, I just suit and tie, yeah, I'm good, but not like army boots, okay?
00:31:35Army boots is old school, it's string-based, okay?
00:31:39I did four years of that, so that's enough, you know?
00:31:43And I don't want to cut my hair too short, okay?
00:31:47Yeah.
00:31:52And, yeah, so, uh, if FBI offers me the job, I'll take it.
00:32:02Yeah, special agent, honkily, sure, this sounds cool.
00:32:08Have I ever thought of joining the FBI?
00:32:10Yeah, I have, in the past.
00:32:12But I thought it would be very, very, very difficult, okay?
00:32:16Well, it could be, but maybe nowadays it's a lot easier, okay?
00:32:20I don't know, because, I don't know, I don't know, because advertising, jobpostingindie.com,
00:32:26okay, so, and I was able to, uh, apply online, okay?
00:32:34Background check?
00:32:35Yeah, I mean, I didn't do anything wrong in the past.
00:32:42Uh, yeah, so, uh, there's possibility they will like me a lot.
00:33:01Look, I'm a patron agent, patron attorney license, originally patron agent license, but
00:33:08after I passed the Alaska bar, yeah, it converted to patron attorney license, okay?
00:33:13So, that's like technical stuff, science, technology, okay?
00:33:17Intellectual property, okay?
00:33:18And so, and also, uh, I'm an attorney, licensed attorney, seven years experience, and, uh, I have about
00:33:3510 years experience as a computer programmer.
00:33:37So, yeah, and now this, that's what they need, cybercrime.
00:33:47That's what they're looking for.
00:33:51Yeah, cybercrime agent to prevent cybercrime, okay?
00:33:57Yeah, so.
00:33:57And I'm also a lawyer.
00:34:08So, they, is, there's a possibility that they may see me as an asset?
00:34:17Okay, yeah.
00:34:20So, it might be a good fit for me.
00:34:24Okay, yeah.
00:34:27Okay.
00:34:35That's a possibility, okay?
00:34:36Yeah.
00:34:42Then, uh, in the U.S. Army, the four, uh, active, when it comes to active duty, yeah, four years, active duty, and four years after that, inactive reserve, okay?
00:34:51So, I'm done with all eight years, okay?
00:34:53So, but then, FBI, I, they say, you can quit any time, I did this research, okay?
00:34:58But, uh, if you quit FBI within three years, after you graduate from, like, the FBI Academy, Quantico Virginia, then you have to pay back for the training cost, okay?
00:35:10So, three years minimum.
00:35:12Yeah, sure, I can do that.
00:35:13So, yeah, there's a possibility that they might see me as an asset, okay?
00:35:33Yeah, because of my computer program background, patent attorney, and lawyer, seven years experience, so I know about law, I know about computer programming.
00:35:46Yeah, so, uh, they may see me as an asset.
00:35:52There, there is that possibility, okay?
00:35:54Background tech?
00:35:55Okay, I got nothing to hide in my background, okay?
00:35:58I didn't make mistakes, but nothing illegal, okay?
00:36:04So, we'll see what happens, okay?
00:36:13Yeah.
00:36:17Hmm.
00:36:21Uninspected development.
00:36:22Uninspected development.
00:36:23Of course,
00:36:28I just applied.
00:36:31Okay, so,
00:36:34they may reject me.
00:36:35I, I don't know, but I, I don't know why they would reject me, though.
00:36:40Then, how about,
00:36:41all the law firms who rejected me,
00:36:44uh,
00:36:45in Alaska,
00:36:47uh,
00:36:48part,
00:36:48it's because they know too,
00:36:51know about me too much.
00:36:52like,
00:36:54maybe, like,
00:36:55past political activity,
00:36:57and,
00:36:57but,
00:36:59how about FBI?
00:37:00I don't think they really care about it.
00:37:03Because,
00:37:04in Alaska,
00:37:05yeah,
00:37:05I ran for U.S. Senate,
00:37:08also Alaska State Senate,
00:37:11and,
00:37:12um,
00:37:14law firms,
00:37:17maybe they want to hire younger people.
00:37:20Okay?
00:37:20you know,
00:37:21you know,
00:37:21but I have many lawyer friends,
00:37:29though.
00:37:29I mean,
00:37:29they didn't like me.
00:37:30I wrote an essay in Cloud Stories,
00:37:42which you published in the name of Humanology,
00:37:45he plays,
00:37:46okay,
00:37:46in Amazon.com,
00:37:48Kindle,
00:37:48okay,
00:37:49but,
00:37:50maybe,
00:37:50uh,
00:37:51too many law firms,
00:37:53people,
00:37:53Alaskan lawyers who know about me,
00:37:57maybe they feel that I'm too big,
00:37:59too shallow,
00:38:00I'm too hard to chew.
00:38:03Okay?
00:38:04Maybe they want some young attorneys
00:38:06that they can mentor,
00:38:12manage,
00:38:13control.
00:38:14me,
00:38:17maybe they know me.
00:38:22Yeah.
00:38:23Like,
00:38:24I went to,
00:38:24like,
00:38:25Alaska about the convention,
00:38:27whatever,
00:38:27okay.
00:38:27I'm,
00:38:29like,
00:38:29a very vocal person,
00:38:32and I raise my hand,
00:38:35and demonstrate,
00:38:37like,
00:38:38yeah,
00:38:38I'm smart,
00:38:39okay,
00:38:40uh,
00:38:42and,
00:38:43they're impressed,
00:38:44okay?
00:38:44Yeah.
00:38:46Poets,
00:38:48too impressed,
00:38:49too much impressed,
00:38:50okay,
00:38:50so,
00:38:52well,
00:38:58five is back,
00:38:58vocalist,
00:38:59okay?
00:39:00Yeah.
00:39:00Yeah.
00:39:20Let me prepare my breakfast.
00:41:20Bye.
00:41:21Bye.
00:41:49Bye.
00:43:50Yeah, so...
00:43:58Yeah, brand new possibility, FBI.
00:44:02Nice, yeah.
00:44:03If it happens, okay, but I don't see why they would refuse me though age where I can pass the PT test. Okay, so
00:44:23And so I don't see why they would refuse me. I don't really see any reason okay
00:44:29So it may happen okay, if it does happen, because I don't know all right yeah
00:44:45But if it happens, I'll take it okay, I can't be excited about that possibility. Okay, yeah
00:44:53Yeah, unexpected development
00:45:10So I'm a FBI agent said no federal law enforcement agency is kind of like
00:45:17Police officers, okay? Yeah, like gun training. Yeah, I mean when I was in the army, yeah, we did gun training. No problem. Okay?
00:45:27But in the army, we did use M16 rifle assault rifle. Okay, AR-15. Okay, so
00:45:33But FBI mostly they will use handguns. Yeah, I have handguns and you know how to use it
00:45:39No problem
00:45:42When I was in Falko, Texas in the US army, okay
00:45:46Yeah, though I had this concealed carry license
00:45:52Yeah, written test
00:45:54Practical test. Hang on. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, I did pass the test
00:46:02But if I become FBI special agent
00:46:06Yeah, most likely I'll be assigned a cyber crime unit
00:46:14to prevent
00:46:18Hacking internal fraud
00:46:20Your death was really big these days. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, so and that's my background corporate science. Okay, so
00:46:28so I won't
00:46:30need to
00:46:32Use guns. Okay. Yeah, yeah
00:46:35Yeah, because I'm more like
00:46:38Assange to if I get hired by FBI. Yeah, you will most of the cyber crime
00:46:43Okay
00:46:44Unit
00:46:45Sure
00:46:49Hmm
00:46:51Or it could be legal area
00:46:54Like FBI
00:46:56Come legal liaison because my because they're gone post computer science and lawyer. Okay. Yeah
00:47:04Yeah, so those would be two possible tracks for me if they hire me
00:47:10Huh?
00:47:11Or somewhere in between
00:47:14Like computer and law
00:47:16Oh, yeah
00:47:20Sure
00:47:24Not of which we would require me to shoot guns
00:47:27Other than training session. Okay. Okay. Yeah
00:47:39Or data analysis like mathematical statistical stuff. Yeah, sure
00:47:43I can do that
00:47:44I can do that
00:47:45I can do that
00:47:46I can do that
00:47:47Mm-hmm
00:47:54So, when I was looking at India.com, there are many FBI listings, okay
00:47:59And they say in the job posting India.com FBI, okay, so like yeah, they're looking for somebody
00:48:05Uh
00:48:07Some kind of like a
00:48:10Law or computer
00:48:14And then mathematics, okay, that that's what really
00:48:18Broadened my eyes because
00:48:22FBI and mathematics, yeah, like statistical analysis
00:48:26Data analysis, I was like
00:48:29Because I love mathematics, you know
00:48:31Because I love mathematics, you know
00:48:35So, I felt as if
00:48:39I mean, it may turn out either way
00:48:43They may offer me job, FBI, or not
00:48:46Okay, but
00:48:48At that time, earlier today, this morning
00:48:51Uh
00:48:52It felt as if God is sending me
00:48:56Lowering me this ladder or rope
00:48:58To climb up, okay
00:49:01After all the six months of
00:49:04Rejection
00:49:06Rejection after rejection
00:49:09It's as if like
00:49:11I'm being punched at
00:49:12I'm being punched at
00:49:13At the same spot
00:49:14When it's wounded
00:49:15When it's wounded
00:49:17But I can punch it in the injured spot
00:49:19Again and again
00:49:21That's how it felt like
00:49:23Six months of rejection
00:49:27Okay, yeah
00:49:28Yeah
00:49:33Legal community in Alaska, okay
00:49:35What's that about?
00:49:44But, think about it
00:49:47You know Alaska, how many people
00:49:48Less than 1 million people
00:49:49Less than 1 million people, okay
00:49:51And Alaskans are independent people
00:49:53So, uh
00:49:55They wanna solve problems on their own
00:49:58Alaskans are strong, independent people, okay
00:50:01Yeah, maybe they don't
00:50:03Need lawyers
00:50:05Not many people in Alaska need lawyers
00:50:07So, there's not a huge demand for lawyers in Alaska
00:50:12Because
00:50:14Alaskans are smart
00:50:16They're independent
00:50:17They want to solve their own problems on their own
00:50:19Okay, so
00:50:20Maybe they don't really need lawyers
00:50:23Maybe that's why
00:50:29It's not easy to get a lawyer job in Alaska
00:50:32Okay, so
00:50:48No, I need some vocalist
00:50:50Come check
00:50:54It's been less than 1 hour
00:50:55But let's ventilate, okay
00:50:56Yeah
00:50:575 is great, thank you
00:50:58Okay
00:51:00Hm?
00:51:01I'm very good.
00:51:03I know
00:51:05I need some vocalist
00:51:07You know, what was going on?
00:51:09I don't know
00:51:10No, it's one of the same areas
00:51:11I can't think of
00:51:13Do it
00:51:15You know, what is the most popular, what is the most popular, it's applied to you?
00:51:16.
00:51:46.
00:52:16.
00:52:46.
00:52:48.
00:52:50.
00:52:52.
00:52:54.
00:52:56.
00:52:58.
00:53:00.
00:53:02.
00:53:04.
00:53:06.
00:53:08.
00:53:10.
00:53:12.
00:53:14.
00:53:24.
00:53:26.
00:53:28.
00:53:30.
00:53:32.
00:53:34.
00:53:36.
00:53:38.
00:53:40.
00:53:42.
00:53:44.
00:53:46.
00:53:48.
00:53:50.
00:53:52.
00:53:54.
00:53:56.
00:53:58.
00:54:00.
00:54:02.
00:54:04.
00:54:06.
00:54:08.
00:54:10.
00:54:12.
00:54:14.
00:54:16.
00:54:18.
00:54:20.
00:54:22.
00:54:24.
00:54:26.
00:54:28.
00:54:30.
00:54:32.
00:54:34.
00:54:36.
00:54:38.
00:54:40.
00:54:42.
00:54:44.
00:54:46.
00:54:48.
00:54:50.
00:54:52.
00:54:54.
00:54:56.
00:54:58.
00:55:00.
00:55:02.
00:55:04.
00:55:06.
00:55:08.
00:55:10.
00:55:11.
00:55:24So, no matter what happens, okay, if law firms reject me, if FBI reject me, I still have
00:55:35many options, okay?
00:55:36There's something I learned from a job center, okay?
00:55:39I'm very grateful.
00:55:40They're great professionals.
00:55:42Yeah, so, they told me, look, I'm paraphrasing, okay, yeah.
00:55:53The entire world is ready for you.
00:55:58There are so many options out there.
00:56:01Jobs.
00:56:02So, yeah, I'm very grateful.
00:56:05They're like my guardian angels, okay?
00:56:07They broadened horizon in terms of career options.
00:56:12And, I mean, if I get an administrative assistant job, yeah, I think I promote it after I prove
00:56:19myself in that industry, whatever it may be, okay?
00:56:22So, yeah, job center professionals, oh, they're amazing.
00:56:29Amazing.
00:56:30Great professionals, okay?
00:56:37Job counselors, okay?
00:56:39And some of them have background as a counselor in general, okay?
00:56:43They're like great counselors, okay?
00:56:48Like, I felt as if I'm confessing my sins to a Catholic priest, and I have done that before,
00:56:55okay?
00:56:56In Madison, Wisconsin.
00:56:58Yeah, there's a Catholic cathedral inside of that university, Madison, Wisconsin University.
00:57:07It's kind of like, yeah, Madison, Wisconsin University is fantastic.
00:57:10It doesn't have this closed boundary of the campus.
00:57:14It's kind of mixed with other urban setting, okay?
00:57:20So, inside of this university campus, there are businesses, cathedrals, Catholic cathedrals, churches, and restaurants, okay?
00:57:30It's kind of a mixed environment, okay?
00:57:32So, yeah, I did attend Catholic cathedral in Memorial, left to Memorial Library, Madison, Wisconsin University,
00:57:43when I majored in computer science, okay?
00:57:45So, yeah, I did meet a Catholic priest, great gentleman, okay?
00:57:50And he confessed my sins, and he prayed for me.
00:57:55I'm very grateful.
00:57:59What a gentleman, okay?
00:58:01He was in his 50s or 60s, okay?
00:58:03Yeah, what a gentleman.
00:58:09But it was not like these two rooms separated by this semi-porous wall.
00:58:18It wasn't like that.
00:58:19It was more like office visits.
00:58:23Open communication.
00:58:24I can see him.
00:58:25He can see me.
00:58:26It's not dark.
00:58:27So, it was kind of informal confession session, okay?
00:58:34But it was nice.
00:58:38And he prayed for me, okay?
00:58:41He even put his hand on my head like this, okay?
00:58:45He prayed for me, okay?
00:58:46He prayed for me, oh.
00:58:48He prayed for me, oh.
00:58:55It was nice.
00:59:00So, in the job center about a week ago, it was not a religious setting.
00:59:04It was a secular setting, okay?
00:59:06But still, eye contact of counselors, okay?
00:59:11They know how to reach out and understanding, accommodating, but still giving some advices.
00:59:25It was a magical experience.
00:59:27Very transformative.
00:59:30Secular setting, okay?
00:59:33But there's some analogy to religious setting too, okay?
00:59:40Yeah.
00:59:43So, in humanology, we embrace both religious and secularity, okay?
00:59:48Yeah.
00:59:49In secular sector, just wonderful counselors.
00:59:52Yeah.
01:00:09Wow.
01:00:16So, in many ways, you know, me being unemployed for six months,
01:00:22I think it's God-given opportunity for me, honkily, to experience the secular sector confession session,
01:00:33humbling myself, asking for advice in job center.
01:00:39I am very, I feel very privileged to have this experience.
01:00:46Ah.
01:00:5412 amazing there are job counselors, okay?
01:00:57It's like, it did remind me of confessing my sins before Catholic Christian church,
01:01:06cathedral priest, okay?
01:01:09Ah, wow.
01:01:11In the secular sector.
01:01:13Wow.
01:01:14Ha!
01:01:15It's beautiful.
01:01:16Ha!
01:01:17Oh, man.
01:01:22Oh, man.
01:01:41Ah.
01:01:42Ahhhh...
01:01:50Crap people.
01:01:56Yeah, so after every set and done, I'm only human being.
01:02:00Human, auto-human, like...
01:02:03Mr. Friedrich Nietzsche wrote about, okay?
01:02:06Yeah, I'm only human, okay?
01:02:08Yeah, I guess every now and then.
01:02:12I do need help from other wonderful people.
01:02:16Yeah, so friends, yeah, thank you for...
01:02:20being with me, helping me.
01:02:23You're my guardian, it's okay, yeah, thank you, yeah.
01:02:32Yeah...
01:02:37Amazing.
01:02:39Experience.
01:02:42Yeah.
01:02:43Yeah.
01:02:46Yeah.
01:02:49Yeah.
01:02:50Yeah.
01:02:54Yeah.
01:02:55Yeah.
01:02:56Yeah.
01:02:57Yeah.
01:02:58Yeah.
01:02:59So for me, yeah, three potential future career track, okay?
01:03:01Lawyer.
01:03:02Lawyer.
01:03:03FBI.
01:03:04FBI.
01:03:05Yeah.
01:03:06Yeah.
01:03:07Yeah.
01:03:08Yeah.
01:03:09So for me, yeah, three potential future career track, okay?
01:03:10Lawyer.
01:03:11FBI.
01:03:12Okay.
01:03:13Yeah.
01:03:14Yeah.
01:03:15Yeah.
01:03:16Yeah.
01:03:17Yeah.
01:03:18Yeah.
01:03:19I'm okay with any three options, okay?
01:03:20Yeah.
01:03:21Yeah.
01:03:22Yeah.
01:03:23Yeah.
01:03:24Yeah.
01:03:25I'm sure I can do that.
01:03:26Okay.
01:03:27Why?
01:03:28Okay.
01:03:29assistant in some other industry yeah I'm okay with any three options okay in
01:03:37autumn as an administrative assistant some in the other industry I can get
01:03:42promoted later on if I prove myself to be useful I'm sure I can do that okay
01:03:53why yeah look I'm 47 I'm so social skill communication skill knowledge good
01:04:03attitude okay yeah so yeah so I'm okay with any three options there are three
01:04:09color tracks okay now what would be my preference out of three options
01:04:21I'm pretty sure you can get take a guess easily
01:04:27over my preference out of three color options
01:04:36if the FBI why
01:04:43I mean cybercrime okay it's to ramp on these days okay so we need to prevent
01:04:53that internet fraud okay yeah and I'm a computer scientist computer programmer
01:05:04also a lawyer I know about law I know about the computers and I'm good in
01:05:13mathematics okay so so I look I do not want to put people in jail I want to
01:05:22prevent it okay maybe some warning okay yeah slap on the hand okay so
01:05:31we need to prevent those cybercrime internet fraud okay yeah yeah fine
01:05:47is great time check
01:05:50it's great vocal rest okay thank you yeah all right
01:06:00you
01:08:20I'm a writer, actor, filmmaker, okay, so, okay, so, let's take this occasion to fantasize
01:08:30about potential FBI career, okay, so, like, um, let's say, uh, they give me FBI job and
01:08:42I'm stationed in Anchorage office, but if I'm stationed in Anchorage office, yeah, I'll
01:08:50live here, Machu Valley, I'll commute, okay, yeah, yeah, I love Anchorage, but I also love
01:08:57Machu Valley, okay, uh, it's too shiny out there.
01:09:05Yeah, in this hypothetical scenario, let's say, uh, yeah, I'm doing a cyber crime unit, okay,
01:09:33okay, in Anchorage, Alaska, but, uh, what if there's some big hostage situation, crime going
01:09:42on, somewhere in Alaska, okay, and, uh, they're short-handed maybe, so they need all FBI special
01:09:52agents, even, yeah, okay, okay, okay, yeah, hey, all the FBI agents, go over there with your gun,
01:10:03okay
01:10:08sure
01:10:09yeah it's not my job
01:10:15I'm cyber unit
01:10:16internet crime okay but
01:10:18yeah I'm weapon trained
01:10:20I'm special agent
01:10:22yeah so field agent sure
01:10:24we go over there because they're short handed
01:10:27okay
01:10:28maybe some crime unit
01:10:31personnel and FBI
01:10:33anchor unit
01:10:34uh maybe they are taking a vacation
01:10:36somehow okay uh okay so
01:10:39okay
01:10:41and
01:10:52would I be willing to shoot a person
01:10:56well you know to save another innocent person's life
01:11:01but not on the head
01:11:02even though that person may be
01:11:04criminal
01:11:05pointing a gun at innocent person
01:11:08hostage situation
01:11:09but I would not point a gun
01:11:11my gun
01:11:12in this potential criminal's head
01:11:15or heart
01:11:16maybe leg
01:11:18arm
01:11:18torso
01:11:20so that this person does not die
01:11:23so that this person does not die
01:11:24so that this person does not die
01:11:25okay
01:11:25just
01:11:26yeah
01:11:27I don't want to
01:11:29terminate one person's life
01:11:33although that may be
01:11:35person may be
01:11:36uh
01:11:36criminal
01:11:41but I think everybody deserve a second chance
01:11:45third chance
01:11:46okay
01:11:46we will make mistakes
01:11:47hmm
01:11:51but
01:11:55maybe it's necessary to shoot
01:11:58a person
01:11:59to save
01:12:00another innocent person's life
01:12:02if this criminal
01:12:04is pointing on at
01:12:06somebody innocent
01:12:07yeah
01:12:08so if I'm FBI agent
01:12:11field agent
01:12:12okay
01:12:12I'm not gonna
01:12:13point my gun
01:12:15at that
01:12:16potential criminal's head
01:12:18or heart
01:12:19somewhere else
01:12:20maybe
01:12:20like
01:12:22cowboy style
01:12:23maybe
01:12:24I would shoot
01:12:25he's gone
01:12:25maybe I would shoot
01:12:29his hand
01:12:29or leg
01:12:31but not heart
01:12:34not head
01:12:35because I want
01:12:36that person
01:12:37to go to jail
01:12:38hospital
01:12:39and have a second chance
01:12:41in life
01:12:42and repent
01:12:43I don't want to
01:12:45terminate that person's life
01:12:47no
01:12:48no
01:12:49better yet
01:12:57if I have a
01:12:58voice
01:12:59I'm talking
01:13:01out of it
01:13:02okay
01:13:02or talk
01:13:03her out of it
01:13:04okay
01:13:04so
01:13:05number of
01:13:06gender
01:13:06that person is
01:13:07loudspeaker
01:13:09whatever
