NIKKI (22), from Sydney, describes her eccentric style as 'Creepy Cute Mall Goth' and loves to stand out in the crowd! Nikki has always been drawn to alternative styles and over the last 5 years has really dived headfirst into the eclectic subculture. Nikki told Transformed: "My style is gothic, 2000s, laid, and extra! A creepy cute mall goth is me! We've got the cat ears, intricate detailed makeup, the fishnets, the shiny material, all mixed with a Dolly-style makeup!" Nikki might love her style, but she has received judgment from the public and, more noticeably, from her parents. Nikki's father, in particular, has expressed his disdain for her style, which hasn't been easy for her. Nikki said: "My parents hate my style. I often go to see my dad for lunch, and every time he's like 'please can you make sure you dress normally', and I hate that. He's never accepted it, so I always have to tone down my dress". Nikki's father has wanted her to change her style for so long that today she's decided to make his wish come true. Nikki is leaving the creepy cute mall goth behind and is going to embrace her Chinese heritage! 02:25My parents are Chinese and they're born and raised in China.

02:30First generation and it's very different upbringings.
