00:00Welcome to the opening night of Bloomberg Screen Time.
00:09The stories that we have are incredible, and they haven't really been told.
00:15We're like Marvel for music.
00:17That's where we are, and it will be unlocked.
00:20What is something that Netflix needs to do better?
00:25We need to do everything better.
00:26This is the most competitive entertainment environment in the history of humankind.
00:30It's getting more and more competitive, and if you don't maintain the sense
00:34that you are constantly vulnerable, I think you will lose.
00:40People got activated and demanded that Jimmy Kimmel come back on the air,
00:45and I think that that was a great victory.
00:47So sometimes when you're struggling and you're going through all these changes
00:51because of the madness in DC, it's important to realize when you do win.
00:55Please, everyone, welcome Jimmy Kimmel.
01:01Who's going to be the next CEO of Disney?
01:03Oh.
01:04That wasn't me.
01:05I'm never mentioned in this, right?
01:07And nobody ever...
01:08I mean, like, there never is any serious discussion.
01:10No.
01:11Well, I would just say...
01:13I wasn't actually going to ask.
01:15It would be very foolish for me to answer that question.
01:17But I happen to love Dana Walden very much, and I think she's done a great job.
01:23And I think what has happened over the last three weeks, I think, was very unfair to my bosses at Disney.
01:31I don't think anyone should ever be put in a position like this.
01:35It is insane.
01:37And I hope that we drew a really bold red line as Americans about what we will and will not accept.
01:45Thank you for that.
