00:00Two movies, and it's still just as much of a mess among the mutants.

00:02A third installment in the X-Men saga was therefore necessary to settle the score.

00:09The grand finale of an original trilogy is generous with little secrets, details, and spoilers.

00:14With a budget of $210 million, X-Men: The Last Stand was, at the time, the most expensive film in the history of cinema.

00:32This third installment also marks the first time that all members of the original 1963 X-Men team,

01:34When everyone has recognized, of course, Stan Lee, creator of the X-Men, and his garden hose.

01:39We also noted the presence of the head of a sentinel robot at the beginning,

01:42which will become one of the central threats in X-Men: Days of Future Past,

01:45when the film reveals a character named Trask, the very one who created the Sentinels,

01:49and who will ultimately be portrayed by Peter Dinklage in the 2014 film.

01:53This X-Men: The Last Stand definitely likes to switch roles.

01:57since it marks the third time in three films that the character of Kitty Pryde is portrayed by a different actress.
