00:07leaving the table with 22 points from nine games and solid defense and consistent performances
00:14have positioned them four points ahead of second placed afc bournemouth and third place tottenham
00:21hotspot yeah no i mean well we saw in the amazon documentary a few seasons ago that when arteta
00:29loses a dwell he's he's very upset isn't he so um i have no doubt that he will be coming back with a
00:37real kind of um maybe like a vengeful attitude really i i think i i think arsenal will look at
00:45last season as a as a not a missed opportunity but they they would have wanted to be the team that
00:50would have capitalized when when city weren't at it and i think the the two seasons previous arsenal
00:57came very close to winning the league and hadn't and were pipped by city and i think maybe last
01:04season that took a bit of a mental toll on them um i think because they weren't really close last season
01:11this season might just be about coming back with a bit more anger and a bit more purpose hopefully
01:18that anger doesn't result in any more red cards but um i have no doubt that they will come back
01:24fighting this season um and i think i'm hoping that the arsenal with the signings they make and that
01:30kind of you know mentality that arteta i think does bring um will help arsenal get over get over the line
01:38next season but it's yeah it's it's it's going to be a tough one i think it's important to mention
01:43yes arsenal shouldn't shouldn't celebrate draws against these big teams now for sure but you know
01:48still i don't mind drawing against those big teams where arsenal really need to improve upon
01:53is is not dropping points to the smaller teams you know no offense to the likes of brighton and fulham but
02:00uh you know those those games are the games we really need to make sure that arsenal are winning
02:05um and then yeah of course beating the big teams as well at anfield and at at the etihad would be
02:10would be incredible as well
02:11almost remarkable ascent has been a highlight with manager and only areola's tactical acumen
02:19and striker antoine someno's prolific form propelling the cherries
02:23to an impressive start similarly topman under manager thomas frank have shown resilience
02:29and tactical discipline securing 17 points and maintaining a strong goal difference
02:35i think we are in the in the beginning of of building something um very happy with a lot of
02:41things as i said um defensive side of it mentality set pieces but i think there's a bit we need to
02:47work on especially offensively to be more free floating still um and and for me we have it's a long
02:54season ahead i just said very happy going away from home after two away games in champions league that
03:00that's a big part of it but to continue performing day in day out uh is a challenge which we embrace
03:08and want to do um so we who knows but uh i need to take it one game at a time i think it's a big uh
03:17i think there's probably a few teams that are ahead of us i think it's fair to say that i'm i'm only
03:22thinking of one head uh one game at a time and let's see where we are in april
03:25sunderland's resurgence has been equally noteworthy having been promoted under the
03:32guidance of manager reggie labree the black cats have climbed to fourth place early on highlighted
03:39by a significant 2-1 victory over chelsea at stanford bridge in contrast liverpool's fortunes have
03:47declined sharply the reds have suffered four consecutive league defeats including a 2-1 loss to
03:53manchester united at anfield marking their worst run since 2014 this downturn has left the team
04:00training in mid-table raising questions about their competitiveness in the title race but the good
04:06thing is i do have the options to rotate throughout the week and the ones that played three times 90
04:13are virgil ibu mo ryan and on the ones that are used to this intensity at this level and
04:21and again they showed up really good as the season goes on the question remains can arsenal maintain
04:30their lead or will the emerging challenges like bournemouth tottenham and sunderland disrupt the
04:35established order the coming weeks will be crucial in determining the true contenders for the premier
04:42of the point of the queen of the crown
