00:00When you win at home and you celebrate with your supporters and you know how it means,

00:11there is something special. We have so many huge Arsenal supporters since the day that

00:17they were born and looking at that stuff and we have some good examples around the first

00:23team as well, coming after the game and the emotion and what it means for them. It's a

00:28privilege to have the power to contribute to someone, making someone really happy and

00:34especially different.

00:36Every sort of derby involves a bit different. Obviously this one, you can tell that it's

00:42fairly intense between the two clubs, obviously geographically situated in the same part of

00:47town, trying to defend the same turf and there's always a little bit of an edge. We know what

00:53it means to our supporters and what it means to the club, but for us what's really important

01:00is we've got to go out there and perform. We've got to play our football, play well

01:04because irrespective of the rivalry, they're a top side so you need to do that.

01:08I don't remember an easy game against Renfrew, never ever, since we were promoted in a Premier

01:14League and I don't remember. Always have been tough here and there, so we were an exception.

01:19It's a complete, complete team. I don't remember. We've played already many, many years and

01:25many times and always have been so difficult. I had the feeling tomorrow we wouldn't be

01:29an exception.

01:30If you saw them playing with the national teams, I think the momentum is still there

01:35for the individual and now let's see if they come back together, if they can play the same

01:40way they did in the last few games. Of course we look at ourselves a lot, but you also have

01:45to relate it to the team you face. Nottingham Forest haven't lost this season yet, I think

01:50they won the last two games of last season, so they're in a good place as well. It's going

01:54to be a tough one and an interesting one to look forward to.

01:57We are in the right direction. I think the team is improving, analysing. I also used

02:03the international break to review the games and these kinds of things. Against City we

02:08didn't concede so many chances, that is very strange, don't concede chances against City.

02:13Against Wolves, second half, we don't concede any shots, so I think we are in the right

02:18direction and this is for me the most important thing and the thing that I can control.

02:24We are still dealing with injuries, we have to bring the injuries back in the team. Before

02:32anyone thinks about excuses, no, we have to win every game. I know that, the team knows

02:40this and it doesn't matter who is available. We will focus on every game and have in every

02:47game the mindset that we have to win.

02:49They are a good outfit and they are learning, I think. I am not in their camp, but the more

02:54games that come around, as you know, a lot of the clubs learn how to deal with that,

02:57learn how to manage it, so we can't rely on any of that. We have to rely on us performing

03:02and giving a good enough performance to win. They are a very strong outfit, we know that.

03:05They have signed very good players and players who have been there have developed and got stronger.
