00:01From the beginning, there was always a master plan for Wicked for Good.
00:09We knew that this was always going to be a bigger story than movie one.
00:14That was their youth.
00:17Those kids have to grow up.
00:21And they have to make choices that may last a lifetime.
00:26This isn't school anymore.
00:30We knew everything in Wicked for Good, the temperature had to be turned up.
00:41And the stakes had to be higher.
00:47We got to really sort of explore Glinda and Elphaba's beautiful, complicated friendship.
00:53You never saw me. I was never here. Do you understand?
00:56No, I can't bear this anymore.
01:00Their sisterhood is so nuanced. I think that's why I've always loved it so much.
01:05Love stories usually have a definitive ending, which is happily ever after.
01:10But friendships are waves you go through that are both good and bad.
01:15It's a harder narrative thing to portray.
01:18And I love that.
01:19We really wanted this to feel like the epic conclusion of a friendship that we actually had with these people.
01:24So this film is vast in the world that's being created.
01:32It's epic in its emotions.
01:34It's a huge undertaking in every extraordinary way.
01:37The scope of the sets is bigger. The lands that we go to are bigger.
01:44Thank God it takes thousands of people to make a movie like this because together you all lift.
01:49Oh my goodness.
01:50All these characters now get a bigger canvas to grow in and experience death, love, faith, destiny, justice.
02:04It all comes together in Wicked For Good.
02:10For Good.
02:11For Good.
02:13To be continued.
02:14For Good.
02:15For Good.
02:16For Good.
02:18You
