01:25Since the latest E-Class leads the way when it comes to the ultimate digital experience, we'll start our deep dive directly inside the car.
01:39It's got a range of intelligent connectivity features that draw from the latest gadgets like apps and video conferencing as well as advanced tech including biometrics, streaming and even some AI-supported functions.
01:52As soon as you get into the car, you can activate your Mercedes-Benz MI profile simply using the Face Unlock feature which recognizes your face via the driver camera and instantly unlocks your profile.
02:05The car then adjusts various settings according to the preferences stored in your profile.
02:12We've all got our own particular routines, haven't we?
02:15And so does the new E-Class.
02:17It features a range of MBUX routines that help make your life even more convenient.
02:24There are three stages.
02:26The pre-installed templates offer typical use scenarios.
02:30For example, if it's a hot day, the car will automatically turn on the seat cooling and change the ambient light color.
02:40In the self-cated routines, you can combine several functions.
02:44Maybe you want to listen to audio streaming every Monday morning and have a seat massage.
02:51In the future, there will be more AI-generated routines with the car's intelligent MBUX system able to learn and predict your behavior and habits.
03:02The main attraction in the cockpit is the MBUX super screen comprising three separate displays.
03:07The passenger screen allows the front seat passenger to take full charge of their own content.
03:15Thanks to the visual shield function, they can watch a film or play games without distracting you as you drive.
03:21The sound can be heard either in the cabin or through Bluetooth headphones worn by the passenger.
03:27A central display features a high-resolution screen and a bonded display surface which allows for full-touch operation.
03:49Right in the driver's field of vision is the driver screen.
03:54It's available as a three-dimensional display creating the impression of depth.
04:00This allows for a faster, safer and more intuitive interaction between you and the vehicle.

04:06The system also features zero-layer technology, which always offers the most frequently used applications on the top level of the MBUX screen, directly where you'd expect them to be.

04:33Now, let's check out the constantly growing world of Mercedes mobile functions.
04:40With the help of the Mercedes app, you can share your navigation and time of arrival with a friend simply by sending them the route with a few clicks like this or do it the other way around and send addresses via the app to the car's navigation system, for example, points of interest or restaurants.
05:03The new EC's MBUX system also features seamless 5G technology for using all the Mercedes-Benz digital extras.
05:19This means fast and smooth video streaming, gaming, and social media are all coming your way.
05:25As the first step in Mercedes' partnership with Google, you get access to places provided by Google, which helps you find detailed information about businesses and places around the world.
05:41The new Mercedes-Benz app store boasts a range of third-party apps that are specially tailored to the E-Class.
05:48They include WebEx, TikTok, video streaming apps, Angry Birds, and more.
05:56How cool is that?
05:58Plenty to keep you busy when you're parked up or taking a break from the road.
06:02And you don't even need an additional Google account to download an app.
06:05Just use your personal Mercedes-Benz MiID.
06:08With MBUX Entertainment, you can listen to music and podcasts on Amazon Music, Apple, Spotify, Tidal, and local services.
06:20If you're a fan of powerful audio systems inside the new E-Class is where you want to be,
06:24the car's Burmaster 4D Surround Sound System offers a whole new level of in-car sound quality.
06:29With 17 speakers and 2 ear-level speakers which are ideal for taking phone calls,
06:36the system also boasts 4 exciters integrated into the front seats.
06:41So when music is playing, you feel it through your entire body.
06:46Unbelievable!
06:49On top of that, the integration of Dolby Atmos gives the music even more space, clarity, and depth.
06:55And if you're using Dolby Atmos-supported streaming such as Apple Music,
07:01you can even turn on spatial audio and enjoy a rich cinema sound.
07:08The new E-Class also offers active ambient lighting which now provides personalized color themes
07:12and can be activated to show individual functions such as prompts from the voice assistant
07:17or warnings from the driving assistance programs.
07:19And the E-Class is the first Mercedes to feature sound visualization,
07:26which creates a light mood inside the car that matches the music playing from the audio system
07:30using music analysis algorithms.
07:32T-Class definitely sets high standards with its luxurious interior.
07:54Perfectly tailored for your comfort and well-being.
07:57If you opt for Thermatronic, you'll get a new type of air vent that can be adjusted automatically.
08:06This new comfort function is called Digital Vent Control,
08:09which allows you to adjust the front air vents to your preferences
08:12and save those settings in the user profile of your Mercedes-M.I. account.
08:20The class is available with two different types of seats,
08:23sport seats and as in this car, comfort seats.
08:27Both come with a huge range of adjustment,
08:30including automated lumbar support and lateral support.
08:34There's even gap-free seat cushion depth adjustment.
08:40The car's multi-contour seats offer fully electric seat adjustment
08:44with memory function and a massage function for driver and front passenger.
08:49It's so easy to get comfortable in here.
08:51The energizing package provides a range of features that make your journey even better.
09:12The energizing coach can recommend a suitable wellness program based on vehicle information
09:17and your vital data.
09:19Going on a long dance drive, let's enhance your fitness with an activating massage,
09:24seat ventilation, and some invigorating 4D sound.

09:31The system even has motion sickness prevention to protect the front seat passenger
09:37from symptoms of travel sickness.
09:40That's amazing.
09:43So, let's take this fantastic new E-Class out for a drive.
09:47The new E-Class is all about efficient and luxurious driving comfort.
10:01It's available with a wide range of 4- and 6-cylinder petrol and diesel engines.
10:06All of them are electrified, either as mild hybrids or plug-in hybrids.
10:11Every engine in the range offers impressive performance and excellent fuel efficiency.
10:15The mild hybrids have an integrated starter generator that provides additional power of 17 kilowatts
10:25and a torque boost of up to 205 Nm.
10:29Perfect for pulling away and accelerating.
10:33And most importantly, there are optimized driving modes to meet any situation when you're out on the road.
10:37The new E-Class comes with rear axle steering supporting steering angles of up to 4.5 degrees.
10:48This makes the car super easy to handle when navigating traffic, narrow streets, or tight parking spots.
10:55At high speeds, it offers increased stability and safety by steering the rear wheels in the same direction as the front wheels.
11:01If you want to tweak the car's excellent ride comfort, you should go for the Air Modich Air Suspension option.
11:13The damping characteristics are automatically controlled for each individual wheel according to the quality of the road.
11:18The system's level control feature can keep ground clearance constant even when you're carrying different loads.
11:26To reduce air resistance and thus fuel consumption, the vehicle can even automatically lower itself upwards of 120 km.
11:33The E-C line is rich in heritage and this latest version stands right in the sweet spot between the previous generation and the latest fully electric EQ models.
11:53The evolution of the design language is subtle with the emphasis on a more progressive sporty look and the result is more than impressive.
12:06This beautiful radiator grille welcomes you to the front end of the new E-C with its black panel-like surface and illuminated surround.
12:13It's a very classy addition.
12:16The grille is flanked by these state-of-the-art LED high-performance headlamps.
12:21And just look at the daytime running lights.
12:24They're shaped like eyebrows.
12:26Very cool.
12:28Driving at night is also more relaxed and safer in the E-C thanks to digital light technology.
12:34It allows the car to project auxiliary markings and warning symbols for lane-keeping or other situations directly onto the road, assisting you in various driving conditions.
12:43The E-C's two-section LED rear lights have a unique star design and ensure that the rear of the car is just as alluring as the front end.
12:53These seamless door handles, which may be familiar to you from the S-Class, deserve a closer look.
12:59They literally merge into the outer skin of the car.
13:02They work in perfect harmony with the Keyless Go package, which includes the digital vehicle key for iPhone and Apple Watch.
13:10So, you can use your smartphone instead of a key to gain access to the car.
13:14Very smart indeed.
13:15The new E-C features completely new wheel designs ranging in size from 17 to 21 inches featuring so-called aeroblinds which are aerodynamically optimized claddings to reduce turbulence of the wheels.
13:29Exclusive line models feature this sleek radiator grille with three horizontal twin louvres and an upright star on the bonnet.
13:40As well as additional chrome elements around the car and a stunningly elegant interior with much attention paid to even the smallest details.
13:47The new E-C is available with the Driving Assistance Package Plus which features a number of technologically advanced systems specifically designed to keep you safe.
14:05Amongst these many safety and assistance systems, my favorite is Active Distance Assist Distronic, an adaptive cruise control feature which is super easy to set.
14:13Just click here and your car can maintain a desired distance from the vehicle driving ahead.
14:20You can change that distance via these touch control panels and the display shows the distance you set.
14:25It's all very intuitive.
14:29The Active Brake Assist with turning and cross-traffic function can help you avoid rear-end collisions and accidents with pedestrians, cyclists, other vehicles.
14:37And if it looks like a crash is inevitable, the system can still reduce the severity through autonomous emergency braking.
14:46It's all very good to know when you're out on the road.
14:52Now, this is really amazing.
14:55By using Remote Parking Assist, you can park the E-C from outside the car by using the Remote Parking App on your smart one.
15:03Just watch this.
15:04The system which you can activate if you and your smart are within 3 meters of the vehicle handles acceleration, braking, steering, and gear changes and will make light work of parking the car.
15:21In case you forget where you're parked or if you share a parked car with others, this feature will help.
