00:09that had violated Venezuelan airspace. During his visit to the De Cara al Rio commune,
00:15President Nicolas Maduro reiterated that mercenaries of the CIA had been captured
00:20and that they were planning to attack U.S. vessels. He also stated that the objective
00:25of this act was to blame Venezuela in order to justify an escalation or confrontation
00:31between the peoples of the region. On the other hand, President Nicolas Maduro also announced
00:36that he had submitted a constitutional consideration to the Supreme Court of Justice based on Article
00:43130 of the Constitution of the Republic, which authorizes the stripping of nationality and
00:49the application of relevant measures to any citizen who acts as a traitor, joins a foreign
00:55army and attempts to invade Venezuela. In this regard, the President specified that the defense
01:01will continue to be strengthened, as will the communal militias and popular defense units.
