La Constitution américaine interdit à un Président d’exercer plus de deux mandats. Mais Donald Trump, 78 ans, avait jusque-là laissé planer le doute sur ses intentions. La nuit dernière, il a reconnu à demi-mot qu’il lui serait difficile de concourir pour un troisième mandat.
