00:00If you look at India and Pakistan, so I'm doing a trade deal with India, and I have great respect
00:06and love, as you know, for Prime Minister Modi. We have a great relationship. Likewise,
00:12the Prime Minister of Pakistan is a great guy in the field marshal. They have a field marshal.
00:16You know why he's a field marshal? He's a great fighter. He really is. He's a great guy, too.
00:21And so I know them all. And I'm reading that seven planes were shot down. They're going at it,
00:27and they're really starting to go. And it's a big thing. These are two nuclear nations,
00:32and they're really going at it. And I called Prime Minister Modi. I said,
00:37we can't make a trade deal with you. No, no, we must make a trade deal. I said,
00:40no, we can't. You're starting a war with Pakistan. We're not going to do it.
00:43And then I called Pakistan. I said, we're not going to do trade
00:46with you because you're fighting with India. And you know, two nuclear nations. And they said,
00:53no, no, no. You should let us fight. They both said that. You know, they're warring.
00:57They're strong people. I'll tell you what. Prime Minister Modi is the nicest looking guy. He says,
01:03oh, and he looks like you'd like to have your father like he's a killer. He's tough as hell.
01:10No, we will fight. I said, whoa, this is the same man that I know. But after a little while,
01:17and they're good people, and after literally two days, they called up and they said,
01:23we understand. And they stopped fighting. How is that? Isn't that amazing? Now,
01:27you think Biden would have done that? I don't think so.
01:30Most people wouldn't have thought of it, but you know,
01:34they wouldn't have thought of it. No, but here we are. We're doing deals.
01:38So you add an extra sentence and you say, you have to stop shooting at each other.
01:43Seven planes were shot down. You have to stop the war. And they stopped the war.
01:50And if it weren't for the tariffs, I said I was going to put 250 percent tariffs on each country,
01:55which means that you'll never do business. In other words, there's nothing you can sell for 250
02:00percent. That means that's a nice way of saying we don't want to do business with you. You don't have
02:04to say that because that's a nasty, we don't want to do business. No. You say, we're going to put 250
02:09percent tariffs if you don't stop the war. And they understood that. And within 48 hours,
02:15we had no war, no people killed. I mean, it makes me feel so good. We saved millions and millions of
02:23lives with all of them.
