Man falls into pool at a nuclear plant.

A contractor fell into a reactor pool at Palisades Nuclear Plant while working inside the containment building on October 21. The worker, wearing required safety gear, was decontaminated after minor ingestion of pool water and minor injuries. Radiation levels were above normal but monitored and managed according to safety protocols. The worker has since returned to work.
