00:00Hi, my name is Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and today I'm going to show you my typical workout.
00:10Today his training goal is just to kind of focus on more of his movement and his power.
00:15Alright, let's get it to work out.
00:21The name of the SSI we did today is Squat Jump and the benefits is Power.
00:28The beginning of the season is the same.
00:31I'm working from Sunday to Sunday and Sunday to Sunday.
00:36Well, I started working in the gym two years ago.
00:40Obviously, what I had to do was just take the rolling, bathe and go.
