00:00Jay, in the early going of training camp, all we heard was the Celtics are going to run.
00:04They're going to run, run, run, run, run, run, run.
00:06And through three or four games, they're in the bottom five of the NBA in pace.
00:10Where is this supposed offense gone?
00:13It's hard to run when you can't get a defensive rebound.
00:17That's just how it's going to be.
00:19And Celtics have been actually pretty good at forcing turnovers.
00:22They were fifth going into last night's game before forcing, I think, 13 turnovers against the Pelicans.
00:26But, like, they have been an absolute disaster on the defensive glass.
00:32The game against New Orleans was really the first time that they were able to hold their own in that area.
00:37And they go ahead and win by 30.
00:39I think it's just going to be so important for them to make sure you grab defensive rebounds and you're able to then get out and go.
00:48Then, you know, give Peyton Pritchard, Derek White, Jalen Brown opportunities in the open court.
00:52But, like, this roster is not built to defensive rebound.
00:58It's not.
00:59And Joe's going to play some really small lineups that's going to put them in some precarious positions, maybe build some strong bones.
01:05And I think, you know, like, that's going to be one of the absolute key areas for them is just can you grab rebounds?
01:15Can you finish possessions?
01:16And the end of the Pistons game was just an absolute disaster in that regard.
01:22And it cost them the game.
01:24And that's just they're going to have to figure it out without Jason Tatum, without all the frontcourt talent they lost.
01:31It's just that's a problem.
