00:09his Delhi flat. The victim, a UPSC aspirant, Ramkesh Meena, lived in Gandhi, Bihar, North Delhi.
00:15The 32-year-old was allegedly killed by his live-in partner, Amrita Chauhan, a 21-year-old
00:19forensic science student. Her ex-boyfriend, Sumit Kashyap, an LPG distributor, and his friend
00:24Sadeep Kumar allegedly helped her execute the plan. On the night of October 5th, the three of
00:29them reportedly travelled from Muradabad to Delhi. Around 3 a.m., two masked men and a
00:33woman were caught on CCTV entering Meena's building, police said. Minutes later, a loud explosion.
00:39The flat went up in flames. Amrita allegedly confessed. They strangled Meena, poured oil and
00:46alcohol on his body, then opened the LPG valve to trigger the blast. Her ex, Sumit, allegedly
00:51used his gas expertise to fake an accident and they flared with the victim's devices to destroy
00:56evidence, police said. Police say Amrita used her forensic knowledge and obsession with crime
01:00series to plan the murder and the post-murder cleanup. All three, Amrita, Sumit, and Sandeep
01:05are now in police custody.
