00:00We've had a long and successful relationship with Core Scientific.
00:04We have, starting in 2018, 2019, and, you know, that relationship has grown and evolved as
00:14Core Wave has grown and evolved.
00:16And so it's been, you know, very successful for both parties.
00:20You know, we sat down with the management and the board of their company and my company
00:24and we came to a deal that we thought was a fair representation of value.
00:30The ratio was correct.
00:31It's an all stock deal, so you really got to look at it as a ratio basis.
00:35And you know, we took it to the market and now the market has a different opinion and
00:42that's fine.
00:43You know, we're very comfortable that the way that we have priced it is appropriate
00:49for us.
00:50If there's someone else that would like to step in, they can step in.
00:54But you know, we're excited.
00:55We think it makes sense.
00:56We continue to think it makes sense and, you know, it will go to a vote.
01:02But you won't see us bump our price or increase our price.
01:06We put a lot of thought into how we got to the structure and the deal that we got to.
01:12Given where the spreads are, is there any universe in which you just walk before the
01:15vote happens?
01:17So, you know, given where the spreads are, I think you just kind of let this play out.
01:23Okay.
01:24And you know, if in the next week and a half or whatever it is, the collective shareholder
01:32base reconsiders and chooses to view it through the lens that I'm looking at, then the deal
01:38will close.
01:39And if they don't, it won't.
01:40But like I said, I continue to believe that it would be a positive transaction for both sets
01:47of others.
01:48Yeah.
01:49Yeah.
