00:00There's no way Brian Cashman and the Yankees should try and acquire some sort of major piece at the trade deadline.
00:07Do not do this to this team's future.
00:10It's just like a lot of us that's still working out at the gym, hoping that we're going to get that summer vibe.
00:15Bro, it's almost fall.
00:17You just are what you are at this point.
00:19And that's the same thing with the Yankees.
00:2111-19 in the AL East.
00:24You've lost your last five to the Red Sox.
00:27That wicked sucks.
00:29You've lost five of your last six to the Blue Jays.
00:32Come on, you can't even handle your division.
00:33What makes you think that bringing in some sort of piece is going to automatically go boom, wave a magic wand, and the bats are going to start flying and the pitching is going to get better?
00:43Not to mention Aaron Judge is going to be out for some time.
00:47If I'm Brian Cashman, I go to Aaron Boone and I'm like, sorry, Booney, what you got is what you're going to have for the rest of this year.
00:54But if they don't clean things up and start winning in the AL East and this team is not going to the playoffs, and then you've got an entire fan base you're going to have to answer at the offseason.
