00:00AI agents are taking over finance and we're seeing the rise of these autonomous money managers really start to take a foothold, not only in the crypto markets, but in trade fire in general.
00:15So what if your next portfolio manager wasn't a human but an AI agent that lives on the blockchain, right?
00:23If it trades for you, it manages your yield strategies, it even bridges funds across multiple blockchains, all without you lifting a finger.
00:33This is what I'll be talking about in today's video, just what we're seeing as far as the rise of these AI agents in crypto investing and trading, which is, I think, a massive revolution.
00:47In 2025, we're definitely seeing the first generation of these autonomous AI finance agents, which are programs that effectively can understand basic commands.
00:57Like, for example, you tell it, swap one ETH for SOL and stake it to a maximum yield.
01:06You've got platforms like Banker, BankerBot, which is making it possible for you to trade directly through chat on X or Firecaster.
01:15You type it, and your AI banker executes across multiple blockchains in the projects like Shekel, Rabbi Shlomo, that even go further, letting anyone deploy a personal AI managed fund on chain, no coding, no brokers, just an intelligent agent optimizing your capital around the clock.
01:37So I think this is going to be the new wave of trading, and it's very important to just understand what makes these agents actually powerful.
01:47They combine these language, large language models, and understand your goals effectively with on-chain execution layers that can actually perform actual trades.
01:57So each agent, for example, has a policy that is defining what is allowed to do, a set of tools where you allow it to swap and bridge or stake, and then it has memory, right, tracking balances, performance, and also risk.
02:13Using these supervised learning and reinforcement learning techniques, they actually analyze price data, order books, and even social sentiment to take kind of micro decisions on a second-to-second basis.
02:27So this is what's happening now.
02:30These three forces are actually kind of converging where we're seeing user experience, so that's a chart-based trading, which removes the need for complex dashboards, programmable blockchains, AI agents, which are able to hold keys and pay gas and execute without a middleman, right?
02:48Data abundance is another thing with 24-7 crypto markets trading and operating on public, on-chain blockchains.
02:58You know, these agents can actually have more to learn than ever before, and analysts project that by next year, 5% to 8% of crypto users will execute trades through AI agents each month.
03:10So I was talking about trillions of dollars in volume here, about 2027, I think AI managed funds, these agent funds could suppress maybe billions in assets under management, pretty much assuming transparent audits and also just these verifiable track records as well.
03:34So I think institutions will start to join too, from smart order routing to algorithmic execution funds, we'll be embedding these agent layers into their systems.
03:45An AI assistant can now decide, for example, which algorithm to run, where to trade, how to split orders, all done in milliseconds.
03:53And while retail agents actually handle convenience, you've got institutional agents targeting efficiency, speed, liquidity, and autonomy.
04:02Obviously, it doesn't come with any, you know, it's not risk-free, right?
04:06At the end of the day, AI agents can overfit, let's say, to old data, chase fake signals, and even misfire during flash crashes.
04:14So an AI agent API access to an exchange account can be a cyber security nightmare if it's not properly secured.
04:24So, you know, best practices there, using withdrawal, disabled API keys, setting spending limits, and kill switches, always keeping humans in the loop for all for sight.
04:34And I think, you know, this next generation of investors won't be logging into dashboards or talk to their portfolios, right?
04:41And agents like Banker or Shekel are just the beginning, I think, by the end of this decade.
04:47We'll see every wallet, every fund, every exchange have its own autonomous financial brain, optimizing 24-7 your capital.
04:55And the question is in whether AI agents will run your money, it's when and how ready you are to have them do it.
