00:10According to a 911 call obtained by Us Weekly, an unidentified man phoned police from Scott's
00:16house on June 27, claiming his estranged wife might violate a restraining order and make
00:22a scene when he returned home with his three children.

00:30be on. She might be there with someone else when we get home.
00:34Police responded to the Park City home just before midnight, but according to the incident
00:38report, no arrests were made and officers left roughly 15 minutes later.
00:42So what's really going on between Scott and Kelly Wolf? Just two days before that 911 call,
00:49Scott filed for and was granted a temporary restraining order against Kelly, along with
00:54temporary sole custody of their three children, Jackson, Miller, and Lucy. Court documents
01:00alleged Kelly had engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that posed a substantial threat to
01:06their kids' safety. The drama intensified after Kelly, a life coach and former Real World cast
01:12member, was detained twice on involuntary psychiatric holds within the span of a month. She claimed
01:18on Instagram she was a victim of police brutality during the second incident, sharing graphic photos
01:24of bruises, a broken wrist, and accusing officers of throwing her downstairs. But the Summit County
01:30Sheriff's Office denies any involvement, clarifying that the alleged incident occurred outside their
01:36jurisdiction and that no officers from their department responded at Sundance on July 6th.
01:42Since the restraining order was filed, both sides have presented vastly different versions
01:46of reality. A source close to Kelly called the court order unwarranted and cruel, while Scott
01:52maintained that her actions were threatening. But just this past week, Scott dropped the restraining
01:57order after reaching a new temporary agreement with Kelly that outlines custody, supervised visitation,
02:03and social media restrictions. Under the deal, Kelly is allowed three supervised visits and weekly
02:09phone or video calls with their children, but both parents are prohibited from discussing the divorce
02:14with the kids or posting about each other online. Just six months ago, Scott gushed to page six
02:20about his marriage to Kelly before any of this became public.
02:24I feel like it was definitely an eye-opening thing because it's easy to, you know, make presumptions
02:31about people's experience on those shows. And I think from being with Kelly, you know, I don't do that
02:37at all really anymore, if I ever did. Um, but, um, yeah, she's, she's just the least judgmental
02:46human I've ever known. And that applies to her experience with that show, her perception
02:52of people in all these shows. And I'm hoping that's rubbed off on me too.
02:55Now the once private couple is entangled in a very public and very messy legal fight. And while
03:01the restraining order may have been lifted, this custody battle is far from over.
