00:00Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan may have been larger than life in the ring, but new court
00:04documents are shedding light on what he left behind, and who he left out.
00:09According to filings obtained by Us Weekly, Hogan's son Nick revealed his late father's
00:13estate is worth about $5 million. That includes $200,000 in cryptocurrency, nearly a million
00:20in personal and intellectual property, and publicity rights valued at $4 million. There's
00:25also mention of a potential medical malpractice lawsuit with an undetermined payout.
00:30But the most surprising detail is that Hogan's daughter, Brooke, is not listed as a beneficiary.
00:35The documents show that Hogan, whose real name was Terry Bollea, last updated his will in July
00:412023, just a year before his death at the age of 71. While Nick was named sole heir, Hogan's
00:47widow, Melanie Skye Daly, was recognized as the surviving spouse. Brooke, however, was
00:53absent from the paperwork, though reports say she had asked to be removed from the will
00:57to avoid any financial disputes after his passing. Nick has also filed to act as co-personal
01:03representative of the estate alongside his father's longtime financial advisor, Terry McCoy.
01:09The two are now handling a lawsuit against radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge over an upcoming
01:15documentary rumored to feature Hogan's infamous sex tape. Bubba has denied involvement, firing back
01:21in a video posted online, and calling the lawsuit a bunch of garbage, even questioning Nick's
01:26motives by asking, quote, how much more money do you need, buddy? For now, Hogan's Clearwater
01:32properties, estimated to be worth $11 million, weren't included in the filing, but the court
01:37has appointed McCoy to manage the estate.
