00:00Happy birthday to Prince Harry, who has officially turned 41, marking the end of a very long week
00:09of activities with a very sweet birthday tribute from his wife Meghan Markle. Now interestingly,
00:16Meghan posted the so-called thirst trap of her husband Harry on her social media accounts,
00:23however she used a picture that was taken long before the two of them started dating.
00:28The image is not the most flattering photo that Meghan could have chose, however it was taken
00:35during Harry's military career and sees him in full military regalia complete with some
00:42rather excessively fluffy hair, shall we say. However, Meghan doesn't seem to mind,
00:47she shared the image alongside a caption that said hi birthday boy and added a flame emoji.
00:54Needless to say, she clearly thinks her husband was handsome even way back when. She then reposted
01:00the picture on her Instagram stories, complete with a beating heart gif, just in case anyone
01:06was under any doubt as to her feelings for her husband on his very special day. Harry chose to
01:11celebrate his birthday in a slightly more serious manner, conducting an interview with the British
01:17outlet The Guardian, in which he addressed all manner of different topics, including his recent secret
01:23meeting with King Charles. When asked whether Harry would like to bring his children, Archie and Lilibet,
01:30back to the UK, he admitted that the past week has definitely brought that possibility closer. Now,
01:37Harry didn't refer directly to his sit down with his father, however, sources are saying that the meeting
01:43between the two men went incredibly well and has made Harry feel a lot happier about potentially
01:50bringing his children to see their grandfather in the near future. As for what Harry and Charles spoke
01:55about during that meeting, in addition to discussing Harry's children, they also opened up about Charles's
02:01cancer battle. According to a source who spoke to Us Weekly, the meeting was incredibly emotional and
02:07began with a long hug and was filled with a few tears, at least on Harry's side. However, the message
02:14here is very clear. The meeting was incredibly positive and resulted in a slight move towards the
02:20mending of what has been a years-long rift between Harry and his family. Still, Harry has not stopped
02:27altogether taking, let's say, a few swipes at some of his family members. During that same interview,
02:35Harry opened up about his bombshell memoir, Spare, in which he dropped a lot of dirt all about the
02:41royal family. That book has been ripped apart, read this way, that way, back to front, you name it,
02:48and hundreds of different jabs have been extracted and put in headlines the world over. However,
02:55Harry says that when it comes to the book, his conscience is completely clear. He insisted that
03:00he did not see the book as an airing of his dirty laundry, but rather as an opportunity to tell what
03:06he sees as the truth. Addressing his decision to publish the book, he said that it was not an easy
03:13experience, but that he felt it was best that he get his side of the story out there for the world to
03:18see. He also noted that when it came to writing the book, he turned to his wife Meghan for advice,
03:24only to be told by the Duchess of Sussex that he needed to stick to telling the truth,
03:29and if he did that, all else would be well. Not sure that everything was well in the end,
03:34at least as far as the British royals are concerned, but hey,
03:37at least Harry is entering his 41st year with a clear conscience.
