00:14guys for this I mean this has been a wonderful and I'm cheering on everybody
00:18in the cast because this has been an amazing time you guys had me worried up
00:26there a little bit with the rest of us never let's never do it again that was
00:31it what was going through the minds I think it was like probably squeezing your
00:36hand off but I you know it it's sad no matter what because I don't want to say
00:41goodbye to anybody I mean I'm somebody that like I wish that we could all win a
00:46ball you know what I mean it's just such you get so close to everybody here and
00:51we it's a lot of work it's fun work but you know show up every single day
00:56and you know what those two couples that went home they had practice scheduled
01:00for tomorrow you know and that's something that we always have to be
01:04respectful of yes there is a little bit of a few because we want to stay in of
01:08course everybody wants to win here but you have to have respect and you know
01:14admiration for how hard it is to go home and I mean Jenna was our reigning ball
01:19champ have you gotten a chance to talk to any of the eliminated contestants yet not
01:24yet actually I mean we all hugged each other afterwards and you see the the
01:28tearfulness I mean they're not a long conversation but again we're we're a
01:32team we're a team here and you know it's interesting when I see like comments of
01:36like oh you know that you should be this personality yes yes and I yes you want to
01:41but it not because you want to have them not do well if that makes sense you know
01:45it's a very weird mix of feelings great job and I just want Jenna's ab routine yes I know
01:52whatever that talk to her right whatever that she's doing she's doing it right
01:56that too yes I need that mother of seven I need I need that ab routine yeah well
02:01speaking of mother of seven your kids have been such a big part of this journey
02:06already I love that you've been sharing that with us on social media what does
02:10their support mean to you and what do they think of mom doing dancing with the
02:13stars I used to hear when I was a younger mom I used to hear about me time and I
02:19used to think that was like I didn't deserve it you know I think it's a lot
02:24of guilt as a mother of taking a moment for yourself and other mothers who had
02:29children who were older than me and more experienced mothers would like be like
02:33yeah I didn't totally need me time to be a better mom and this is one of the first
02:37things I've ever done that is me time truly you know I mean it's like and and my
02:42kids are there for it like they're not like you know yes of course they miss me and
02:46they wish I was there all the time but I brought I moved them like this here you
02:51know and dancing with the stars is an amazing family where everybody has been
02:55so supportive and they made that possible so every day my kids who've had a
03:00really hard past few years are here and they're seeing their mom happy and going
03:06off to work bouncing with like my bag and my shoes and excited to hang out with him
03:10who's like one of my favorite people I've ever met you know and it's like it's just a
03:14dream come true so I think it's not just healing for me but it's healing for my
03:18children as well because children want to see their moms happy yeah and glad I
03:22know your girls are big into ballroom has that kind of rubbed off on your kids
03:27have they gotten to see clips of gloves girls in action I've been sending
03:30Ellaria Olivia's standard dances I was like look at her frame do that do that
03:37I don't know did you show any of my no they they've seen I tried to get my kids
03:42into ballroom a few years ago and they were not having it my boys really like
03:47hip-hop yeah they're good and then and then my oldest likes the tech talk dancing
03:54and my youngest to just like jam out to like Shakira and Ricky Martin which we
03:58love because it's raising them well and but they I'm I think that this is gonna
04:04inspire them you know to really see the purpose of it as well you know and we
04:08love that we're bringing ballroom to America on a big stage like this so I
04:12love hearing that Club last week you told us you wanted to get more into acting
04:17right do you feel like you've gotten close enough to Alec to ask for that expert
04:22advice I'm studying him every single move whatever he does the way he looks it was
04:30interesting when we were in New York I showed him our first rehearsal video he
04:34watched that cha-cha it took a little pause he looked at me he said if you
04:39don't win I'm blaming you
04:40that's impression we better win I know exactly for his benefit just vote for us
04:48because we need it for his safety yeah I agree and lastly for you guys just
04:52tick-tock night coming up what can you tease about what can we can expect because
04:56show has never done this before this is the samba to one of the hit songs I'm
05:03super excited about it it's gonna be authentic samba with a little flavor of a
05:07tick-tock so yeah excited we're excited for it and for me who I you know I have
05:14more experience with Latin dances I'm excited after this week which was very
05:18very new for me to go back to something that is a tiny bit more familiar but at
05:24the same time then I have higher standards for myself so it's just like a
05:28little bit of I will work my butt off that is your answer
