00:00The latest gruesome Russian attack on Ukraine involved drones bombarding a kindergarten.
00:06This is one of the most egregiously violent chapters in the conflict to date.
00:10The school building was ablaze as the terrified children cried,
00:14clinging to first responders who came to help them. Yes, they were in the building at the time.
00:20Officials say 50 children were evacuated in the attack. Now, a silver lining, if you can even call
00:25it, is that it appears that by the time the second floor of the building collapsed, the children had
00:30been safely sheltered in the basement. Thankfully, none of them died. Honestly, it's kind of a miracle.
00:36Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted on X, quote, there is no justification for a drone
00:42strike on a kindergarten, nor can there ever be. I can't imagine any reasonable person not agreeing
00:48with that statement. These are five and six year olds. Now, in addition to the school, other Russian
00:54strikes injured six people in Kharkiv and killed at least six others in Kiev. Now, this all comes
01:00after the latest breakdown in President Trump's attempts at ending the war. Now, he met with NATO
01:05Secretary General Mark Ruta on Wednesday. And despite all of this, he sounded at least a little bit
01:11optimistic referring to Vladimir Putin. I think now he's willing to negotiate a little bit further,
01:17and I think he's willing to make a deal. We'll see.
