00:44which was owned by original owner of the park so this gentleman created this piece
00:57of nature he brought many trees from all over the world and plants very unique
01:06plants and put them here all around High Park is a I would say treasure of Toronto
01:12it was definitely since I was for a long time living in the front of the High
01:18Park for around 10 years so it is a beautiful place to be no matter how hot
01:23it is outside High Park is always you know welcoming and it's very
01:29comfortable being here at any time of the year so it's a treasure so the man
01:36created the park and then he gave it to the city which is maybe one of very
01:42rare and beautiful things that are happening in this hemisphere so we are
01:48right now in the in the front of the museum museum museum place when this
01:54gentleman lived so there's a museum there was a here like you know battleship gun
01:59huge like pirates gun probably he didn't own it but it was here but it was nice
02:05piece of architecture I would say or like you know antics is gone right now anyway so I
02:14came to High Park and I am kind of late like one month for sure but maybe even two
02:22months because all the time something you know all the time something is

03:56will not go up below zero but it will be felt like below zero but this time of
04:02the year last year was much cooler and I believe this year we're going to have a
04:06lot of rain and very changeable weather from warm to very cold that's my
04:11prediction for the season a lot of snow lots of rain till the end of the October
04:17we're going to have a lot of rain as well which is kind of good I like rain but
04:23it's going to be lots of snow as well and rain so it's going to be treacherous
04:26conditions ice rain snow rain snow winter winter in the time of global warming that
04:36nobody really cares about it's like hundred percent nobody cares about they're just

04:48sweet I'm in High Park in Toronto enjoying myself as much as I can regardless the

07:35it removes everything within one month in terms of mental and naturally comes with this physical and
07:44of course of course you have to exercise in the back my bike I use it twice or three times this year
07:51this is really like you know I'm ashamed I'm ashamed it's bad bad bad but I walk a lot when I have a
07:59distance with back and forth no more than three kilometers back and forth I walk I walk every
08:07time a few times per week I would love to use bike but you know I don't know kind of like
08:14I'm afraid of course as well because before they were constantly you know doing things to
08:19to and I'm afraid that I'm gonna lose it my only thing that I have for 150 dollars and I can use it

09:04and usually in Buddhism you have to have some relation to it and we I have a relation because
09:11I heard the story I heard the story in the temple when I was very much involved into the Buddhism
09:18I was in Nigmapa tradition in Kaiju tradition 20 years almost I tried also Shakya that is developed in
09:25families and I attended some teachings by Gelugpa and of course very much so into
09:31the fifth pillar of Tibetan Buddhism which is Bon Bon tradition so Buddha at some point was approached by woman
09:46very old woman she was doing water you know this all this kind of thing you know
09:53circled and you put the bucket down and you carry the water so she was doing this
09:59Buddha was walking so she recognized him she ran to him and he asked him I'm old woman
10:06master I'm improvising I would like to reach you know freedom enlightenment whatever
10:14and you know I don't know I'm so old and Buddha told her watch your hands focus
10:22constantly on your hands she was and she did it very quickly she was very simple
10:29poor woman old lady and she got advice from Buddha himself she started doing she focused on the hands
10:37and she accomplished so there is a lineage about hands that you know we can relate because we are not
10:44changing nothing we are accepting everything as it is in the old paths

11:09it's covered we are not changing anything we are just adding a little bit and enriching so everyone
11:17can take a part in it and it doesn't cost nothing and it's just you know you read if you like it
11:24you take it and you do it and it's so simple it's so simple because it's like counting ships you can't
11:31breaths you relate to this uh your fingers the burst breath come one two three you can't like this
11:40you use this you know fingers as a sort of like you know counting machine and then you you you imagine
11:47this as well you imagine this and then you stop doing this and you just imagine so we have a two parts
11:54of the brain left and right and one is responsible for spirituality meditation whatever this or that
12:03and then the other one for mathematics daily organizing being you know so neat and tidy and so we go from
12:12this seeing numbers to the this visualization by simple counting breath and then we remain what is the
12:21most very important thing i would like to say because i said in all this you know my revelations in the
12:27book my nomatics that you know the best method they say the old scriptures is no method but there is no
12:35escape we provided method that each time is different the basics are the same so we can't fingers we can't
12:43breath we visualize we stop doing certain things and we remain so that's the basics but each time
12:50we're doing differently so each time there is a new new method but constantly is very kind of similar
12:57way on the same basis method but even though even though we are not escaping from the stigma of method
13:07because there is a method the method is no method the name of the method is no method like a prince at some
13:14point he was thinking you know becoming you know this uh jehovah witness that you know now he's going
13:21to be so you know egolessless and everything so he called himself no name and then everybody was calling
13:27him no name and he figured out well i didn't change much it's just instead of prince now i am no name
13:35so there is no escape from method because no no not doing any methods when you are thinking
13:41there is always some kind of methods even if our our approach we are doing this with so-called as
13:49much as possible by the thinking process no method because each time is a different method so finally
13:57there is no method but this is a method as well i hope you understand so even though in the scriptures
14:06they say the final method is not method and we are getting there because what we are doing we are
14:12going from calming ourselves we slowing down we slowing down and all exercises are given to slow down
14:27when we slow down we start to see ourselves inside but we gotta know we are always inside
14:37we i am the building i am like this building and all the informations goes to the building to my brain
14:44and from there i see the world i see the world constantly from the building out so from my inside
14:51there is not really outside for me always inside but if i'm overwhelmed by thoughts i'm completely
14:59confused and lost so when we come down and in original practices this is called shamatha practice we're coming
15:08down slowing down and we are able to look ourselves because many problems arrives on the ray
15:17so therefore we have a different methods no method in order to finally settle down in ourselves
15:29and our the biggest stigma the biggest crime the biggest problem the most hateful thing you can say
15:37that that fact that we have a thoughts the worst possible things become our engine our cold fusion machine for our liberation
15:48perpetua mobile that is constantly death it never stops is the thing that the mind creates thoughts all the time
16:01and it will always do that as the tibetan saying goes
16:05if you try to hide the snake by throwing the hat on top of it it will always escape there is no way that
16:15you're gonna stop it so the thoughts always will be arising but when through the process
16:21of slowing down applying all the methods all of a sudden we feel like we are seeing ourselves by stopping
16:32conversations that we are conducting all the time with ourselves and letting go heavy thoughts and the
16:38havoc that surrounds that we are living constantly lost problems inflation wars donald trump
16:46uh joseph stalin things like that and then we slow down we can see and then comes another point of
16:59mathematics because when we are in ourselves we do certain exercise and when you do this exercise
17:10we can easily recognize that doing them it's like no bringing the thoughts we do exercise and we feel
17:20when i move my fingers i feel sensation of the wind around my hands my pulse i know
17:28the thoughts and i with the time i recognize what does it mean
17:33my pneumatics tai chi of mind tai chi of brain and stand state of no movement so i know i feel when the
17:44thoughts comes i recognize that and then i'm able to sit down behind
17:54and watch this perpetual mobile machine working constantly for me and creating thoughts
18:03because that's the nature and when you are able to stay like that constantly you pass you are going
18:10beyond thoughts because when you stay with your brain and with your thoughts cogito ergo soon
18:18i think so i am you will die with your brain and with thoughts and we hope that being in the state of
18:26stillness when the minds work for us constantly and enrich us that we even don't know what it is
18:35because we are not there there's no thought but we feel it and it's good always from time to time
18:43can't a little bit to get back to the situation to understand that we didn't get lost somewhere and
18:51that's the whole story that's the whole mind of matics and in the end i would like to show you
18:59how i understand emptiness i will not use this i will not do i don't know i will tell you how to
19:09understand emptiness through your thoughts because emptiness is not about the thoughts
19:15is beyond thoughts everything what we have are thoughts created from our five senses five senses
19:23goes to the building and they create the picture inside the building that you see that's your reality
19:30not face to face you see the reality made from the senses inside you five senses create this picture
19:38and then you try to relax and rest and let it go and then because of this process everything is painted
19:52is shaped is cursed by thoughts but emptiness is beyond thoughts you may capture in the thought but it is not
20:02that infinity cannot be captured because it's infinite you can you can do it but it will not
20:09it will not give you any any favor so i will try to buy the thought show you how i understand emptiness
20:18the form is empty emptiness is four so let's say that i am that me is emptiness that i am emptiness this
20:28is this is this is a thought process so all the shapes that i make with my body constantly changing
20:33they're creating certain form but they're never the same you know though you don't know who i am
20:38like you know in this movie uh x-men x-men there is a woman she's changing constantly you don't know
20:48she can be everything you don't know who she is finally so that creates certain form this constant
20:55change creates certain form and this form is constantly changing so that's my understanding
21:03emptiness is form form is emptiness constantly changing create some form and this form is as well
21:10empty but these are thoughts and this lies beyond thoughts that can be reached when you try to do and
21:17start to mind omatics so that's it i guess i hope i did record it because uh yeah we'll see bye for now
