00:00Latest news in the ongoing Trump administration and Republican Congress sets of disclosures on the makings of the Russiagate scandal is final hard evidence that it all started when the Hillary Clinton campaign in 2016 wanted to distract from her ongoing email scandals and decided to create, basically falsify, a scandal about Trump doing business with Russia, Trump being a Russian pawn.
00:28The entire top of the campaign signed off on this, and every big player in Democratic Party politics knew about it.
00:36President Obama was briefed on the fact that Clinton had decided to do this.
00:41This, among other things, led the campaign to commission the quote-unquote Steele dossier, which was nothing but a compendium of gossip and or facts already in the public domain that supposedly showed Putin having blackmail material on Trump, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, and various contacts with the Trump campaign, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

01:05We're seeing now-declassified memos from the first half of 2016 about confidential conversations between members of the Democratic National Committee and top staff at George Soros' Open Society Foundations.
01:18And the info is just damning.
01:20Clinton campaigns included, quote, raising the theme of Putin's support for Trump, as well as, quote, subsequently steering public opinion toward the notion that it needs to equate Russian interference campaigns with actual hacking of voting machines.

01:37Clinton approved a plan proposed by one of her foreign policy advisors, Julianne Smith, to smear Donald Trump by magnifying the scandal tied to the intrusion by the Russian special services in the pre-election process to benefit the Republican candidate.
01:53The memos also envision the FBI supporting the phony scandal, as actually eventually happened under Director Jim Comey and his number two, Andrew McCabe.
02:02Not only did the Clinton campaign sell the media on it, but the Obama administration, particularly after Trump won the election, decided to force the issue, decided to feed it.
02:15Obama, at the last minute, rejected and stopped the coming CIA finding that Putin had not affected the election and instead commissioned a different report,
02:26which CIA chief John Brennan overrode most of his career staff, violated procedures left and right to push forward this so-called intelligence community finding that Putin had set out to elect Trump and, by implication, suggested that Putin had stolen the election for Trump,
02:43which is something that Democrats, which is something that Democrats, too many of them still believe, even though it was always based on a lie, always based on an intel operation by the leaders of the Obama intelligence community,
02:57an operation against the American people, an operation to deceive the American people.

03:05Brennan is denying it.
03:08The Obamaites are denying it.
03:09And Barack Obama is kind of staying quiet about it.
03:13It's a shameful mark on his record, a shameful mark on the record of Jim Comey, Brennan, and Clapper, all of the Obama intelligence officials who basically betrayed their oaths to the people of America.
