00:00I've seen a surge in attacks on ICE agents across the country, including the shooting in Dallas and over the weekend in Chicago.
00:07We saw 10 cars boxed men on ICE agents and another one ramming into an ICE vehicle.
00:12We have heard Secretary Malm saying that some of these attackers are actually organized and they're planning to kill and ambush these officers.
00:20What are the consequences for these?
00:21Very severe. We're going to have very severe consequences.
00:23We're going to find out who's going after our federal agents.
00:26So when you look at Chicago, they've had probably 50 murders in the last six or seven months, eight months.
00:34Many, many people shot like 30, 40, 50 people shot, didn't die, but they've been shot.
00:42It's like a war zone. And then I listen to the governor and the mayor get up and say how they have it under control.
00:47They don't. It's it's probably worse than almost any city in the in the world.
00:52You could go to Afghanistan. You can go to a lot of different places and they probably marvel at how much crime we have.
00:59Then you go to Memphis, where we are right now. Now, it's it's just like in Washington, Washington, D.C. right now.
01:08You people know better than I do because you have to live right inside.
01:11And so many of the press have come to me. They've said, I can't believe it. It's changed so much.
01:16We have a safe city in Washington. Memphis will very soon have a safe city. Chicago can be very, very safe.
01:22It's going to be very safe. But Chicago is going to be very safe.
01:25And you say, why is it that a governor wouldn't accept free help from regardless?
01:32I mean, whether it's National Guard or the military or anybody.
01:36I mean, if women raped and beaten and knocked to hell and the same with men where they're being shot all over the place in large numbers.
01:45I mean, we had a week in Chicago where 11 people were murdered and 38 people were shot.
01:52And then we have a governor get up and say, oh, it's safe. We can handle it. He can't handle it.
01:56He's an incompetent guy. That's why they threw him out of the family business.
02:00They threw him out. I knew the family business very well.
02:03And they threw him out. And now he's a governor. And he should say, we'd love to have a safer place.
02:09Chicago's a great city, potentially. You know, I told you the head of the Union Pacific Railroad said, sir, save Chicago.
02:16It's a great city. It's going to be lost if you don't do it. We have no choice but to do this.
02:21And when judges give us rulings that, you know, you don't have to do it.
02:25Portland is is on fire. Portland's been on fire for years and that's so much saving it.
02:33We have to save something else because I think that's all insurrection.
02:36I really think that's really criminal insurrection. So I appreciate the question.
02:40These are unsafe places. We're going to make them safe.
02:43So you see what's going on in Memphis. Not pretty.
02:47But you know what? We're doing a pretty job because it's going to be a very safe place in a little while.
02:52And the people of Memphis are so happy that we're there and the people of Chicago.
02:56So you have black women with MAGA hats on in Chicago all over the place.
03:03They want the guard to come in or they don't care who comes in.
03:07They just want to be safe and they really don't care.
03:11You know, there was one woman. She was great today.
03:12And she said, you know what? I don't care if it's the National Guard, the Army, the Marines, the Air Force.
03:18I don't care who comes in as long as we're safe.
03:21And that's the way most of the public feels.
03:24We're going to make Chicago really great again and we're going to stop this crime.
03:29Then we're going to go to another one and we're going to go city by city.
03:33We're going to have safe cities.
03:35And it was so great that we started with our nation's capital, one of the worst.
03:39I mean, so many people every week, somebody was killed.
03:44They'd come from Iowa.
03:45They'd come from Indiana.
03:46They want to see the Jefferson Memorial, the Lincoln Memorial.
03:49They want to see something and then get shot.
03:53And you'd call their parents.
03:54I'm sorry, but your son is dead.
03:57And they go, what do you mean he's dead?
03:59Came to Washington, D.C.
04:01Not anymore.
04:01That's not happening anymore.
04:03We have a safe place.
04:05We have a safe capital.
04:06It's as safe as we have probably almost just about in the country.
04:11And if you look back six months ago, seven months ago, this was a death trap.
04:15You look back during the Biden.
04:17I mean, what what they did, how badly they managed things.
04:21And almost all of these cities, most of these cities are Democrat run.
04:27And we don't care.
04:29Democrat, Republican, we're going to make them safe.
04:31So we have to save Chicago.
04:33It's very important.
04:34And you can't have a governor getting up and saying it's good when 11 people were shot over a weekend.
