00:00The Portland anti-ice protester seen wearing an inflatable frog suit, who has been popping
00:05up all over the internet, has claimed to be harmlessly protesting with humor.
00:11But now a new report has revealed the protester under the costume to be a self-described proud
00:16Antifa terrorist.
00:18Here's everything you need to know.
00:20What became known online as the Portland frog has recently been spotted on a near daily
00:25basis, sticking out like a sore thumb during clashes between federal agents and anti-ice
00:31protesters.
00:32The goofy looking frog has since been facing off with police and even getting pepper sprayed
00:37in the air vent of his costume in one viral clip.
00:42The viral protester has garnered so much attention that others in Portland have begun to wear
00:46their own inflatable costumes, even with a few clones.
00:50It is a strategy to cut the narratives of the Trump administration, which says we are extremely
00:55violent.
00:56No, we are protesting, but with humor, the Portland frog said, according to French outlet Le Monde.
01:03It seems other protesters have followed the same sentiment, as seen in this bizarre clip
01:07in which Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem reacts to a man dressed in a chicken outfit
01:13outside a Portland ice facility.
01:15Secretary, do you have a message to the protesters, especially the man in the chicken outfit?
01:19The man in the chicken outfit?
01:20The man in the chicken outfit?
01:21I just see him now.
01:22Goodness sakes.
01:23Welcome to the Lord!
01:24He could do better.
01:26However, the identity of the mysterious inflatable amphibian has now been revealed as someone
01:32who has previously called for the death of President Trump and his supporters, according
01:36to a new report from The Telegraph.
01:39The report links the viral protester to 24-year-old Seth Todd, who uses the moniker Apollo Toad in
01:46now deleted social media accounts.
01:49According to the report, Todd's bio read, just a little gay non-binary toad and proud
01:54Antifa terrorist, in a since-deleted Facebook page.
01:58Antifa stands for anti-fascist, an umbrella term used by far left, and sometimes violent,
02:04political activists.
02:06The report also claims that Todd made a series of chilling social media posts about President
02:11Trump.
02:12With one allegedly reading, someone just needs to bomb this administration.
02:16This government needs to burn, and a bullet needs to be put in every one of Trump's cronies'
02:21heads.
02:22And another declaring, Trump is a fascist, tyrant Nazi.
02:26And if you support him, well that makes you a Nazi, and the only good Nazi is a dead Nazi.
02:33Todd has since walked back the comments by issuing an apology to the outlet, stating,
02:37I'm not violent in any way.
02:42I don't have any desire to cause harm to anybody.
02:43I obviously need to be more careful with what I say.
02:46An anonymous family member also told the outlet they were shocked to learn about his activities.
02:51The whole thing is silly.
02:52I've talked to him over and over again about it.
02:55If you want to protest, that's fine.
02:57Let's do it peacefully.
02:59As for an explanation on wearing the frog costume, the family member said that Todd didn't
03:04want to be identified.
03:05.
