00:03What is one small but realistic change that you've implemented in your everyday life

00:07that others at home can follow suit and do as well?

00:09I think being better at recycling, but cutting down on the plastic use, single plastic use.

00:15I mean, really trying to focus on that just because I realized I just use so much plastic,

00:21so I just need to cut it down and be a little bit more mindful of that

00:23and just spending my money better but shopping a little bit smarter.

00:28What are some ways that you've really seen Hollywood take initiative?

00:31You take a step back and you're like, okay, people are listening.

00:34We're making changes.

00:35What are some things that you've seen?

00:37I think there's a lot of people that are spreading the message about what's going on on Amazon

00:41and seeing influencers talk about whenever there was a traumatic event like the Palisades 5,

00:49just seeing everyone post links and donate and kind of come together.

00:52I thought that was really special, and I think we need to do more of that,

00:55and there needs to be more people speaking on stuff that's going to work.

00:59And it's really inspiring to see everyone rally together.

01:05Why was now the right time to come back to television and find love again?

01:09I'm getting old.

01:13Yeah, and honestly, my mom's getting a little bit angry.

01:16She wants some grandkids.

01:17So I'm like, I need to figure it out, and my life really hasn't been normal,

01:21so this kind of makes sense for me to do it and put everyone and probably cry,

01:25embarrass myself a little bit, but get married, most importantly.

01:27Is filming underway?

01:30I don't know.

01:31We're keeping mom.

01:32Well, what's the timeline?

01:33Like, do we want kids in marriage?

01:34I'm like, now this is a dating show.

01:36Do we want to get married?

01:37What are we thinking?

01:38Yes, I'm hoping I have all the kids on the show.

02:04You know what's crazy?

02:04I was at Amanda's house two days ago, I think.

02:08She was like, she wanted a full rundown of all my relationships, why they didn't work,

02:12what happened to my childhood.

02:13I was there for hours.

02:14Like, we were just-

02:15Free therapy.

02:16She was like writing everything down.

02:17She's like, okay, that's right.

02:18This happened to one of us.

02:19She's such a good person.

02:20She's so amazing.

02:22So, yeah, I feel like she gave me so much advice, but we had a real crazy therapy session.

03:09What are some things you do to prioritize yourself and kind of block out the negative

03:12noise?

03:13Because we all know the internet trolls do not sleep.

03:15So what are some things you do?

03:16Yeah, honestly, I think the main thing that I do every week is we write a gratitude list

03:21and really try to have an attitude of gratitude as progressive, because it gets really difficult

03:27when you see everyone being mousy and mean, but then also going, well, that doesn't matter

03:31and that's on a made-up thing on my phone.

03:33So I just try to-

03:34The best thing I've been doing is like spitting something over my phone.

03:37Yeah.

03:37And then I'm-

03:38How much happier are you when you're just like, comments off.

03:41I don't need to see it.

03:42I'm going to go outside and touch some grass in a good way.

03:44It's literally, it's so good.

03:45And then also I realized that it can be selective with who DMs you.

03:48So now like people can't DM me.

03:50Look at that.

03:50No more mean DMs.

03:51Yeah.

03:52And random group chats with people that are being sassy.

03:54Yeah.

03:55So, oh my God.

03:56They're randomly group chatting you and being sassy?

03:58There's always, there's always like random group chats, especially like if I reply to someone

04:02or donate to someone to go fund me or whatever else, then there'll be all the people

04:06from their callers like, hey, can you post this or can you do this?

04:09But there's always like random group chats.

04:10It's really funny.

04:11Yeah.

04:12And sometimes I reply or send a selfie or voicemail.

04:14That is so funny.
