Transcript
00:00Paul Longworth and Albert Alfonso were a settled, affectionate couple.
00:08People who knew them well spoke of Mr Alfonso as caring for and being devoted to Mr Longworth.
00:19They lived together in a comfortable flat in West London where their neighbours thought well of them.
00:25It was their tragedy that you, Jostin Moskira, came into their lives and on the 11th of July last year killed them both.
00:38I now have to sentence you for these premeditated and thoroughly wicked crimes.
00:46The only sentences I can pass are of life imprisonment.
00:51I have to either set a minimum period before you can apply to the Parole Board for release or order you be detained for the rest of your life.
01:04If I pass a minimum term, I must deduct the period you have already been in custody, 466 days.
01:15The statutory surcharge applies.
01:18I can only proceed on any factual basis if I am sure of it.
01:22You are a Colombian national and as such you will be deported if you are ever released.
