A man has been found dead in a parked car near the rest area at the Bandar Cassia toll plaza on Thursday (Oct 24).   Penang Fire and Rescue Department operations assistant director John Sagun Francis said police alerted them at 4.10pm of an unconscious man inside a car. 00:15police were alerted at 4.10pm about an unconscious man inside the vehicle.

00:21He said a team of five firefighters from the Batu Kawan station was dispatched to the scene.

00:26The commander carried out an initial assessment before instructing the team to open the car

00:31door.

00:32The 43-year-old victim was found in the driver's seat and pronounced dead at the scene.

00:37His body has been handed over to the police for further action.
