00:28para po mas mapabilis ang pagpapagawa ng mga eskwelahan.

00:31So titignan po rin ni Secretary Vins kung bakit nagkaroon ng delay sa pagpapagawa ng mga classrooms.

00:38So kung meron po dapat managot dito, bakit napabayaan po dito, asahan po natin na may mananagot po.
