00:33Earlier, during his opening remarks while chairing the session, Tengku Zafrul said two critical
00:38issues that require policy guidance by the Council will be deliberated.
00:43The two issues are the treatment of customs duties on electronic transmissions and the
00:47application of financial services commitments with respect to the location of computing facilities.
00:54It was previously reported that ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement, which is said
01:00to propel the growth of the ASEAN Digital Economy to US$1 trillion by 2030, will be signed
01:09next year.
