00:08feeling famous I feel famous I feel famous I feel famous what an event this

00:20is very exciting Wow I'm really I'm presenting tonight also can you know

00:26what can you share it with no because it's a surprise to the to the presentee I

00:33kind of have an idea but I don't want to say it oh mum's the word the presentee

00:43does not know and we know what the spring doesn't he signifies in your life the

00:52person I don't would not tell you if it's a man or woman but they are very

00:57famous and they are very very record-breaking so it's going to be

01:04pretty fabulous they don't know when you're okay I fair enough

01:10thing that will tell that I is Rita you've you've had the most amazing career

01:15you've represented Latinos so well on a global stage what's your advice to the

01:22younger generation whether they want to be dancers whether they want to be on

01:26Broadway in the movies and music what's that key you know I think the key really

01:31is perseverance in other words never give up if this is what you want to do in

01:39life then stick to it be brave because it ain't gonna be easy I mean it's still

01:46not it's still not our we don't have a place yet in America I'm always amazed we

01:55still have a ways to go I don't get it

01:58but if that's how it is then you gotta be tough

02:03and we have amazing this generation amazing artists who are representing Latinos as

02:08well on a global stage and but you know what's wonderful that you know there

02:11there are some people now who are making it really big in the American world who

02:17are Latino and that makes me so happy yeah thank you so much Rita well I we're so

02:25excited now to see how I feel famous next to Rita

02:28yeah I'm like you look beautiful thank you
