00:00I think most people think OCD, I'll keep everything clean, you know, they go, I wish I had OCD.
00:05No, you don't, trust me. It's a living nightmare when you're in that rut.
00:10So I suffer with OCD and anxiety, and if anyone has the similar symptoms, they know it comes in waves.
00:17You know, sometimes you can be sky high, you're absolutely fine, and then you could have a week or a month or whatever period,
00:22what I call a dark cloud day, where you're just anxious, you know, and obviously with OCD, I obsess over things.
00:29So unfortunately, my time just came on fight week, you know, as I flew out, I was suffering with really bad anxiety,
00:36nothing to do with the fight or anything like that. When I have OCD, it doesn't let me move on.
00:41So the whole fight week, didn't care about the fight, I was just thinking about stuff I didn't need to be thinking about and obsessing over it,
00:47and it's very consuming.
