00:10The meeting served as a platform for global unity and rejection of the escalation of U.S. military threats in the Caribbean.
00:18During his speech, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Ivan Hill denounced Washington's recent mobilization of naval and air assets,
00:25describing it as a violation of international law.
00:28In this regard, he stated that these maneuvers of interference will not prevail against a people that have decided to be free.
00:45Today they threaten us with missiles, with warships, with aircrafts, with nuclear submarines,
00:54with economic sanctions, with blockades, as the ones offered by the revolutionary people of Cuba,
01:04and us here in Venezuela, with sanctions.
01:09But there are no nuclear submarines, no military aircrafts, no ships, no missiles.
01:18There is no sanction that can defeat a people when they decide to be free.
01:22It does not exist.
