00:11There are a variety of times throughout my career

00:13when I had been offered jobs where I didn't think I was the ideal person.

00:17And at first I didn't say yes for at least one or two of them.

00:22But then as time went on, yes gets much easier.

00:25And it's a piece of advice I always give to young females.

00:29Someone's offering you that opportunity because they believe in you.

00:33They believe you are the right person for that job.

00:36So just say yes because you are the right person for that job.
