00:00Just before 1am on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, police were called to a home in Moorbank, Sydney,
00:07following reports of a home invasion. Liverpool City police officers were told a group of masked
00:14men armed with firearms, a machete and a pickaxe attempted to force their way into the home.
00:20The group was unable to make entry and ran from the scene. The residents of the home,
00:26including two children aged 13 and 10, were uninjured. Police seized a duffel bag that was
00:33allegedly left at the scene. Strikeforce Rockmay detectives recovered a white BMW SUV,
00:40believed to be the transport to and from the house used by the masked men. Detectives wished
00:46to speak to five people who were seen in the area at the time of the attempted invasion.
