00:11Hey there friends. Have you ever felt really mad? Like when someone takes your toy or you lose a game or things just don't go your way?
00:28That feeling is called anger. And guess what? Everyone feels it sometimes even grown-ups. We get angry for all kinds of reasons. Maybe you're tired. Maybe you're hungry. Maybe something feels unfair. Or maybe you just had a rough day. Anger is like a storm. It can come on fast.
00:51Down. But storms always calm down. And so can you. Tar. When you start to feel that storm brewing, try one of these. Stop and think. Take a big breath and count to ten.
01:07Grab something soft. Like a stress ball or squishy toy. Walk it out. Take a little stroll and shake it off. Do a hobby. Draw. Build. Read. Or play music. Relax. Sit in a comfy chair. And close your eyes for a moment. Have a snack or drink.
01:29Sometimes your body. Sometimes your body just needs a boost. Exercise. Jump. Stretch. Or dance it out.
01:39Every time you calm yourself down, you're getting stronger and smarter at handling your feelings. So remember, it's okay to feel angry.
01:49What matters is what you do next. Be kind to yourself. Take a breath. And let that storm pass.
