Transcript
00:00He started at Waitrose because he was on a college placement. It began with one
00:06hour a week and it started building up over time as it progressed and he got
00:10better at it and used to doing it and everything was working and eventually
00:15when he left college we asked if he could increase that time to two days
00:18which it did and we thought this is working so well why don't we ask Waitrose
00:23if there's the possibility of paid work. They didn't say no and they which gave
00:28us a feeling that it was a possibility you know there was no no immediately so
00:32we thought there's a chance here and but at the time they said come back to us
00:37we've got perhaps recruitment in January and then we can look at it again and
00:43time just went by and I think by July of this year it went to head office because
00:49I don't think they could make us they couldn't make a decision within the store
00:52without taking it to head office and once head office found out about it the
00:57placement was stopped
