00:10and Ex-Minister Razia Sultana was found dead at his home in Sector 4, Mansa Devi Complex Panchkola.
00:15Initially, the family reported the death as a drug overdose, but just days later,
00:20a video surfaced showing Akhil accusing his father of an affair with his wife.
00:30Alleging his mother and sister were part of a conspiracy to frame or kill him.
00:44Then, a second video appeared, where he retracted the claims,
00:47saying they were made when he was unwell and suffering from schizophrenia.
00:50On October 21, the Haryana police registered an FIR under murder and criminal conspiracy charges
01:01against Mustafa, his wife Razia Sultana, their daughter and daughter-in-law.
01:05A special investigation team was formed to probe the case.
01:08Mustafa has defended the family, stating his son had battled drug addiction for 18 years
01:12and claimed the death was due to a buprenorphine overdose, not foul play.
01:16Meanwhile, investigators are combing through Akhil's digital records, medical history and surveillance footage.
