Keir Starmer met with a mother whose two sons were killed by their abusive father to discuss changes to the "presumption of contact" law, which assumes children benefit from contact with both parents. Claire Throssell has campaigned for over a decade in her son's names and the Government has now said it will repeal the law under the Children Act 1989.
