Weapons maker Saab 'directly linked' to human rights harm over missile at Lake Hart

A multinational weapons manufacturer has been linked to a human rights violation after one of its missiles was found at a South Australian Aboriginal heritage site. Traditional owners found the Saab short-range anti-aircraft missile near Woomera in the state's north prompting an investigation.
